Excellent location for a short trip in Rome. Spacious and clean.

Pros: Spacious and clean and in a good location close to the metro. Good communication with the representative.

Cons: It's very noisy at night with bin men collecting the rubbish (after midnight). Kitchenette is pretty basic if you are intending on cooking.

Pros: The location, safety, communication.... a lot. The unit is big enough for 2 of us. We came for world petanque championship and Our athletes came to have their meals here for the first few days. It is next to Flaminio metro station. Walking distance to Piazza Del Popolo. The owner was very responsive quickly. Thank you Andrea.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli e l'arredamento è nuovo. La posizione è ottima, proprio davanti alla metro Flaminio, quindi se arrivate dalla stazione Termini in 15 minuti potrete raggiungere l'alloggio. La proprietaria è stato gentilissima e molto professionale, mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il check-in e anche una mini brochure con indicazioni utili su ristoranti e bar consigliati. Ho molto apprezzato gli snack, le capsule del caffè e la mini bottiglia di vino offerti dalla casa. Ho trovato molto comodo il self check-in e non ho avuto problemi di nessun tipo durante il mio soggiorno.

Appartamento perfetto

Pros: L’appartamento è nuovo, moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. Gli spazi sono ampi e davvero accoglienti. La posizione è perfetta, ad un minuto a piedi da piazza del popolo.

Cons: Non c’è nulla che non ci abbia soddisfatte, io e la mia amica ci siamo sentite davvero come a casa. Unica nota a volerla trovare, essendo abituata a dormire al buio, non ho compreso se le vetrate fossero dotate di tapparelle esterne e le tende non erano per nulla oscuranti.
