Pros: Fantastic location. Communication re booking excellent. Reasonable price. Bright, airy apartment & spotlessly clean. Facilities great- all we needed for our short stay.

Cons: Nothing 😊

Pros: Very good location, close to city center and directly on a subway line that will take to the Vatican city or Colosseo. Very nice apartment, well equipped, super clean, very kind and attentive host. We recommend and would easily return withou hesitation.

Cons: For someone who has light sleep, the rooms can get noisy due to a tram station directly below the windows. The door-entering mechanism/tab is confusing and you will need several attempts to get in each time. For 10/10 the beds could be better, they creak.

Perfect accommodation for a city break!

Pros: The perfect apartment for a stay in Roma. The location is perfect, we accessed every attraction on foot however the metro is only around the corner if preferred. From the airports, you can get a bus to Termini then ~10 minute metro to this metro station! The interior is modern yet homely and immaculately clean. There was also minimal noise in the evening from the city and other residents. Access to the property is very smooth, with video/clear instructions provided before arrival. Ludavica is the perfect host, extremely hospitable and able to answer any questions we had. The sofa bed is in another room with shutting doors if you’re looking for 2 private bedrooms. We also highly advise visiting the recommendations which are neatly presented in the accommodation. Can’t recommend enough!

Cons: There is a slight smell in the bathroom/courtyard which was only particularly noticeable when it rained. I imagine this is a local problem and did not affect our stay! :)

Pros: The awesome position near the tram, metro and bus stations, a lot of restaurants and cofeeshops. The property is clean.

Great Apartment for a short stay in Rome

Pros: The booking was straightforward from the start with Ludovica being an exceptional host from the outset. We knew exactly what was required for our stay and all of our requests were answered with communication being exemplary. The property was perfect in all areas for our needs. It was close to the metro, but we could walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, landmarks etc. We did a lot of steps!! The apartment was very safe and had everything required for a very comfortable stay in Rome. Access video to the apartment was superb beforehand and we were all impressed with the security there. We were given options for paying the city tax , and again the system was very good. The apartment was spotless and we appreciated having the en-suites.

Pros: Everything is new, everything is very clean and location is perfect, close to everything. Our host Ludovica was amazing, very responsive and explained everything. She kept a bottle of prosecco in the apartment for us to enjoy, and also told us that we could check out later, without us asking. Very kind, will definitely be back

Fantastic location, great and attentive host and beautifully maintained.

Pros: The apartment was beautifully maintained and decorated , the kitchen was very well equipped complete with coffee and a bottle of Limoncello and Prosecco which were nice touches

Cons: The main bedroom over looked the street so it was a bit noisy but we still managed to get a good night sleep once the city had gone to bed.

Great Place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Great Location near piazza del popolo, park and Metro. Very clean. Kitchen equipment very complete. Very easy access and friendly contact.

Pros: Ludovica was very warm and positive about any question we had. The location is perfect, next to the metro and bus station, and has a supermarket next to the apartment. The apartment is very clean, it is fully renovated, and has 2 rooms which were perfect for us. The attention to details is next level, anything you need you have in the apartment. The bad sheets are from cotton which is a big plus.
