Villa Borghese Apartment

Pros: Located in a quiet place in Rome center. Opposite metro station. Nice view at the park.

Good option for Rome siteseeing

Pros: Very clean and spacious. Beds were larger than Queen and the bedroom mattress was excellent. Shower had a handheld and rainhead shower. Rainhead pressure was average but handheld Check in was easy and communication was good with owner. Has a good clothes washer but be mindful that you dont have a balcony to dry your clothes.

Cons: The location while good (about a 15 to 30 min walk to most popular attractions) and right next to a metro station leading to and from Termini, there were times when we thought we should be with at least one other person at night when entering and exiting the building's front door. Also, it's just outside the 55 euro flat fee from FCO taxi area but you let the cab know to drop you off at the Popolo square which is inside the area and walk 5 min to the apartment. I still think it's a good location but not perfect. I would recommend it still.

Beautiful, comfortable and super well located apartment!

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and new, tastefully decorated, WiFi is super fast, bed super comfortable, safe building and the apartement itself. It is on the 1st floor and has a small elevator. It is well insulated and you can’t hear anything from outside. The ACs are very good and both in the bedroom and living room. The location is great, close to everything, with loads of public transport options. The Flaminio Metro main entrance is just in front of the building. For walking, it’s accross the street of Piazza Del Popolo. Martina is a super host: responsive, attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons: We liked everything.

Comfortable apartment in a convenient location

Pros: Newly renovated and sparkling clean apartment situated in convenient location in Rome. Positives: - very friendly host, easy to communicate with - location right next to the metro, which is the most reliable public transportation in Rome; convenient to get to from the airport + you’re close to the park and the area north from Piazza del Popolo is a bit less touristy - brand new furniture, very clean and pleasant design - thoughtful products in the flat - there were salt & pepper, olive oil, dishwashing tablets and toiletries made available - small things but they make it easier when you travel - good amenities within 5 min walk - supermarket, pharmacy, pizza slice joints, etc. Things to note: - garbage collection takes place around midnight/1 am on the street outside and the vans can be a bit noisy. Might be good to bring earplugs if you’re very sensitive to noise. Overall, a very good stay - I would definitely recommend it!

Accommodation gem

Pros: The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic - you are practically in the middle of the most beautiful places in Rome, and yet the door is practically in front of the metro entrance. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Martina is an extremely cooperative and helpful owner. The accommodation has a tailor made guide to the immediate area - where to go for breakfast, pizza etc.

Cons: The kitchen sink smelled really bad and intensely.

Pros: Very nice place, very good location- so close to metro station and Piazza del Popolo.

Pros: Martina, the host, was great. The place was so beautiful and clean, also the location was truly one of the best, right next to the metro and piazza del popolo.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location. The owner Martina was extremely helpful for the 4 nights we stayed. Really cannot fault this place. When we return to Rome we would look to staying here again.

Pros: Everything inside is perfect. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. The host is super nice.

Cons: Location is not ideal, way to noisy outside for couple of reasons: × apartment windows facing the entrance to the metro station × ATM downstairs, which people start using around 6 am and it's noisy × and the noisiest was market (selling clothes) under our windows. Sellers will arrive around 5 or 6 am to unpack there products and pack everything around 8 or 9 pm.
