Pros: I am very satisfied with my stay at this facility. The room is small, but cozy, clean and nicely furnished. It has everything you need, even blinds on the window. The bathroom is well maintained, everything works, and the room is cleaned every morning. The building in which the facility is located has a nice lobby and is in close proximity to the metro. The facility manager is very professional, and the lady who maintains hygiene is pleasant. All recommendations for this facility.

Cons: The only thing missing in my opinion is a stove in the kitchen, which is shared by all guests, so that at least eggs for breakfast could be cooked.

We would definitely recommend.

Pros: We liked that it walking distance to the MRT, close to a supermarket and the city. The host Francesco was very welcoming, the accommodation was comfortable and the use of the kitchen was a bonus. It was also safe - important for 2 female travellers. A big shout out to the lovely lady who cleaned the accommodation every day. Such a pleasant woman. We would certainly stay here again.

Pros: There was very pleasant host, and the room was clean. There was a kitchen with all the necessary dishes, an electric kettle, and a microwave. There is an air conditioner in the room. Penny is located downstairs. 20 minutes to the Colosseum, 5 minutes to the metro.

Cons: The water temperature was barely warm.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and Filippo received us very well.

Clean, good value for money, good location but so noisy!

Pros: The accommodation is nice, the bathroom is private, and the kitchen is shared with two other rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is tidy. The metro station (Manzoni) is just a 2-minute walk away, as well as shops, restaurants, and cafés. We walked from Termini station and it took us about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Cons: If you're someone who needs complete silence to sleep, this might not be the right place for you. You can hear every little movement from the neighboring rooms and the floor above. If someone flushes the toilet or simply talks, it sounds like it's happening right next to your head. We didn’t mind and were able to fall asleep even on the first night despite the noise. However, there’s a Penny store right below the apartment. At 6 AM next day, deliveries arrive and it sounds like tanks are passing by the room! From 6 to 8 AM, it’s very loud. Also, the street is extremely noisy, with constant ambulance and police sirens. Closing the windows helps reduce the noise a

Rome is amazing

Pros: I liked how clean it was, Daniela a warm lady that took care of the apartment and the location:)

Cons: The thin walls, that is a building problem not property, but you can easily ask the fellow tourists to be more quiet in the late hour and most react normally and do it😊

Good place to stay, close to the main attractions

Pros: The property was really close to all the main attractions of Rome. Just a 10-minute walk and you see the Colosseum. The supermarket was in the same building and you could easily get to all the cafes and restaurants, the train station and other public transport facilities were pretty walkable too. The ladies at the property were super amiable, nice and kind. The rooms were kept tidy and clean every day. There was a kitchen at your disposal with a kettle, microwave, fridge etc. The area itself was also pretty safe to walk around at night. And it was quiet in the building.

Cons: No shower, shampoo or slippers. It would be nice to be provided with some travel kit options just to be able to wash properly. And there was a crazy family whose daughter was screaming at the top of her lungs every single morning and night never letting me get a good rest. And they left their giant baby stroller just inside the kitchen which was really bizarre. If this family are reading it, PLEASE WATCH YOUR KID, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!

Pros: The staff is very adorable. Daniela is extremely cute and helpful. Francesco did everything to support me. The room is very comfortable and clean.
