Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming and caring during our stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable. Thank you very much!

Very charming

Pros: Exceeded our expectations! Our room was so pretty and charming, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The host was always ready to help us with anything and the room was cleaned everyday.

Cons: Maybe a sign that indicates the room is cleaned every morning (maybe there was one that I didn't see) because on the first day we left our room a mess because we didn't know. Sorry cleaning lady!!

Pros: Great location, very close to the metro line A and about 15 min walk to colloseum. Travel from the train station is very easy. Room is basic, but very clean. You spend all your time outside anyway. Wifi works well. We did like the shared kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave.

Cons: The wall heater didn't work all the time, but the a/c also has a heater. No big deal for us.

Pros: Huge room and wonderful yard. The walls are very thin and if you have noisy neighbours, you will have a problem. Very close - PENNY and metro station. The host is really nice and allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day! Thank you very much, it was a pleasure!

Very pleasant!

Pros: The room was very nice and tidy. Every morning they made our beds and cleaned the room a little. The staff is very pleasant and caring and really helped us whenever we needed it. One morning our key broke in the lock, we called the owner and she immediately brought a new key and everything was fine. I recommend it! There is also a small shared kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils.

Pros: Very nice place. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. No street noises, though the neighbours can be loud. Great place in the back, to eat and relax, though we did not have time to use it much. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a late arrival but he was prompt to meet us, there was no wait. Also, great location, close to the metro and to the train station.

Pros: The hosts were kind and attentive, the location was great and everything was very clean. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check out.

Cons: The kitchen stove top cannot be used which sucked. We also had problems with the locking mechanism of our bathroom door, but it was fixed the next day.

Pros: The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. It was close to termini and the colosseum, the garden area was nice to relax in and the rooms were very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I am back in Rome.
