Great location, great host

Pros: The apartment is great, we slept super well. The terrace was perfect to have a little coffee in the morning. We were able to walk to the colosseum and to the areas around. Luciano, the host, was super helpful.

Pros: La Terrazza di Evelina Guest House was in an excellent location. Just 15 minutes walk from Rome Termini train station and it was 5 minutes walk from a metro station. The Guest House was clean. I did not eat any of the Breakfast that was offered as I am gluten intolerant but my sister enjoyed some of the treats. The terrace on the 7th floor was a real treat after a long day sightseeing.

Cons: Nothing. The place had everting we could have asked for and more.

Convenient, comfortable and a very amicable host.

Pros: It was around 20 min walk for Termini, or easy to get a bus or tram. A very good breakfast - yogurt, bread/toast, tea and coffee, fruit. Quiet and very clean.

Pros: The accommodation is a converted apartment. Guests have private rooms with ensuites. We didn't hear any sounds from other guests. The outdoor terrace is great, especially to socialise with other guests. The kitchen was also great, well stocked for breakfast, coffee, etc. Good location close to metro stations and the main train station in Rome.
