I would stay here again

Pros: Neat, tidy, clean, very good value, lovely greeting from the proprietors. They were very quick to respond to the booking and meet me at the property. I had a double room with en-suite and it was just what I needed.

Cons: The lovely old lift scared me a little!!!

Pros: Amazing location, close to the metro station \

Pros: The staff is very accomodating and friendly. And 4mins walk to buss stop and 6mins mins walk to tram station

Cons: A little bit noisy from other guest.

Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Air conditioning was great, especially at night. Staff were super friendly, and when we met the guy for check-in, he was very helpful and took our suitcases up for us. The location was great, only a short 15-minute walk to the Colloseum and less than a 1 minute walk to the Manzoni train station! Lots of yummy food places nearby, reasonably priced. Felt safe. Was good to have the kitchen on entry to the apartments as we could keep some drinks cold. Would stay here again.

Cons: There were some broken tiles around the toilet and shower, which I'm presuming the owner knows about. The toilet moved around a bit when on it and had to make sure to step in the right place when getting out of the shower. This didn't at all affect the comfortableness of the room, however.

In general it's a good place to stay.

Pros: The room was clean. The location is very convenient - 20-25 minutes walk to the train station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum, there was also a grocery store and a subway nearby.

I would chosse here definitely again and I highly recommend it.

Pros: I liked the cleanness and location of the property. Every tram metro bus is less than 2 minutes walk. The staff are really good.

Cons: Just the sound of street bothers a little but all other good stuff are much more than this.

Pros: Everything. The host was helpful and pleasant. The lactation is great, next to a metro, in a nice not over crouded neighborhood. The room was extremely clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Will defently recommend and book again.

The Manzoni

Pros: Clean and full of light, with a small balcony, which is a rare find in Rome. Helpful and welcoming staff.

Cons: Bed was not a double bed, but two single beds pushed together. A small fridge in the room would be a welcome addition during the hot summer.

Very central, all you need, perfect for a couple of days!

Pros: Small but everything you need for a couple of days. I had a single room with an external bathroom but just for my own (with my own keys) right in front of my room. Very clean bathroom, was cleaned every day. Little desk in the room, comfortable bed.

Cons: No possibility to cook in the kitchen. Floor under the bed and in the corners was not super clean. But all in all absolutely fine.

Good experience

Pros: Nice and accommodating host, clean bedroom and bathroom, excellent location.

Cons: The shutter did not fully close as it was damaged and the room was very noisy with noise from the street, which could be a problem for people who are light sleepers.
