Pros: Everything is perfect. The location is near the Coloseum, 6-7 minutes by walk. The metro station is in front on the location, so it easy to go on the Pantheon/Fontana di Trevi.

i would stay here again, but this time with a room with a private bathroom

Pros: the location is just up the road from coliseum and Manzoni metro station is underneath the hotel, so getting around was very easy. The hotel is exceptionally clean and inviting, the room rather minimal but nice and clean, the only thing i disliked a bit was having to get out of the room to go to the bathroom, i knew this before i booked, it was my first experience and i don't think i would do it again. but overall my stay was very pleasant, i slept like a baby, communication was very easy and smooth

Cons: the fact that the bathroom was across the corridor. But its my fault because i knew before i booked. but i wouldnt do it again

Pros: The property is in an excellent location situated right next to one of the entrance/exits of the metro station - Manzoni. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was functional and quiet adequate for our three night stay visiting Rome. Communication with Frederica, our host, was very good and made access to the apartment very easy and she was always ready to answer any questions etc.

Cons: I am not keen on remote access but communication was very good. Entrance to the shower was quite tight but then again the bathroom is not that large.
