Pros: Excellent position (within walking distance of the metro San Paolo and Bambino Gesù hospital), very comfortable apartment with a big living room/kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom clean and modern. Owner very approachable and ready to help. Price great for the position.

Pros: It was great, very conveniently located for my work - 5 minutes walk from Roma Tre University - friendly hosts who were easy to contact via text message, and very clean. Comfortable bed too.

Pros: A pleasant and well-organized apartment, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, ~ 10 minutes from the metro and 6 minutes from the supermarket. We also appreciated the hosts’ thoughtful gesture of leaving pastries, coffee, and tea for us, which was a very sweet and welcoming gesture.

Cons: The bathroom is quite uncomfortable as it is very small, and it’s difficult to move without splashing water on the floor. As a polite suggestion, it would be great to install proper shower doors instead of the curtain that sticks to your body while showering. Also, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.

Pros: L’appartamento è molto carino, spazioso, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Gestore gentile e disponibile. Situato nei pressi della Basilica di San Paolo, zona comoda e tranquilla. Lo consiglio e lo terrò presente per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Roma.

Cons: L’edificio all’interno del quale è situato l’appartamento è un po’ fatiscente e maleodorante.
