I would recommend this nice place. Have a nice stay in Rome.

Pros: The apartment is very clean. The host was very helpful and kept communicating with me using my two phone line (one of them was not active all the times). The apartment has good A/C. The location is excellent and just few minutes from San Paolo Metro station. When you got into the train, you can reach any point in Rome and outside Rome. The metro station has the train to Ostia (the beach).

Cons: Nothing really, probably just the soap dispenser did not work well.

A flat in a good roman area

Pros: Excellent location near the wonderful Saint Paul's basilica (San Paolo fuori le mura) and the eponymous station on Metro B. In the approximate neighbourhood there's an excellent CONAD supermarket, two very good restaurants, one of them cheaper than the average Rome prices. There's even a MacDonald's next to the underground station for whoever would miss such a thing in Rome. With the underground and nearby bus 23 one can reach all tourist sights. From the nearby Ostiense railway station one can easily get to the airport. The flat is fully furnished, the bedrooms keep cool on hot days. The contact with the host Fabrizio is excellent, he is polite, speaks good English and answers all requests fast. We had a problem with the gas heater on a Sunday evening and a technician came within 1,5 hours (in our home country this is absolutely impossible).

Cons: The flat lies on the fourth floor without a lift (we knew this in advance) and can really get hot in the summer. Luckily there's air conditioning. There's much noise coming from the street and the above ground trains, however nothing can be heard through closed windows.

Pros: All necessities inside, well connected to public transport

Pros: Struttura eccezionale, la mia famiglia è rimasta molto soddisfatta dell' alloggio e della disponibilità fornita, accoglienza e disponibilità fanno di loro un ottima struttura ricettiva dove soggiornare a Roma Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora!

Bon rapport qualité prix, de bon atouts mais quelques négligences

Pros: Très propre, bon rapport qualité prix, agence très réactive. Wifi très performante. La pizzeria à coté fait les meilleurs pizza qu'on ait mangées à Rome à des prix imbattables.

Cons: Pas mal de négligences qui, si résolues, en ferait vraiment une location idéale : Problèmes dangereux pour la santé: - le tuyau d'extraction de fumée de la chaudière était retiré à notre arrivée et les gazs de la chaudières s'évacuaient donc directement dans l'appartement. Sans notre attention, cela aurait pu être très dangereux. - nous avons retrouvé des algues vertes dans le réservoir d'eau de la machine à café. - les 2 poeles anti-adhesives sont rayées et donc nocives pour la santé. Idem pour l'unique casserole. Problèmes cuisine: - Une poele en inox serait appréciée, ainsi que des casseroles en inox. - il n'y a pas assez de vaisselles pour utiliser le lave-vaisselle, ou alors il faudrait le faire tourner à chaque repas. Problème chaleur: - La clim n'est disponible qu'au salon et n'est pas assez puissante pour atteindre les chambres. Il faudrait y rajouter des ventilateurs (pour la chaleur et les moustiques; on ne peut pas laisser les fenetres ouvertes depuis le soir car il y a beaucoup de moustiques) - la cuisine dispose de très grande fenêtre exposé au soleil, sans volets (juste un rideau intérieur), ce qui empêche de garder une temperature fraiche dans l'appartement. Il faudrait rajouter un store retractable à l'exterieur Problèmes logistique - il manque des informations dans l'appartement pour utiliser la Wifi (notamment le mot de passe), les instructions ont dûes être données par Whatsapp (notre hôte a été très réactif) - des instructions devraient être données sur le tri des déchets à Rome - il manque un fauteuil pour pouvoir s'assoir confortablement à plus de 4 (il y a un canapé 3 places, et de simples chaises de la table à manger) - l'étendoir à linge est bien trop petit pour pouvoir utiliser le lave-linge

Pros: Blisko do metra (4 przystanki do koloseum), do sklepu, apartament jest przestronny, czysty, ręczniki też :), w kuchni były kawa, herbata, cukier, sól i oliwa - i wszystko, co jest potrzebne,

Cons: jak się stoi pod drzwiami bloku i zadzwoni - trzeba trochę poczekać na otwarcie: to właściciel (nie wiem, czy zdalnie) dopiero po chwili otwiera, ale potem klucze czekają już w skrytce obok drzwi do apartamentu i wszystko jest tak, jak w opisie

Pros: Lokalizacja, rozklad pokoi, bliskosc sklepu, restauracji, metra, szybkość meldunku, kontakt z właścicielem, wf

Pros: Esta muy bien situado, al lado del metro, del autobus y del supermercado

Cons: Que directamente te selecionen ellos las camas donde debes dormir, ya que no dejan mas sabanas que las que ellos ponen (para 5 personas), utilizando el sofa cama (incomodo) y no dejan vacio un dormitorio. No tiene microondas.
