San Paolo Apartment

Highly recommend!

Pros: Great, spacious, clean apartment. Air conditioning in every room. Nice big beds, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The location is great- literally 2 mins to the metro station, bus stop is in front of the entry doors. Conad store is right around the corner. There is a plenty of parking spaces around and small park with fenced area for dogs. Many restaurants/ bars/ shops all around, reachable within few minutes on foot. Wi-fi was working very well. Matteo is a great host, we could reach out to him at any time and he was responding right away.

Nice for a short trip

Pros: The apartment was spacious and close to the subway station. The owner was very nice.

Cons: It didn't have toilet or kitchen paper and it needed more cleaning. The rest ok.

Pros: The apartment was very neat, clean and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. We had it all to ourselves, no disturbances. Most of all, I loved the flexibility of the guy who assisted me when I got there, Matteo, he had allowed us to access the apartment earlier than the usual 1400hrs as per their policy, considering that we arrived at 0600hrs. Looking forward to doing business with you again shortly.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso per 3 persone, con 3 camere da letto ampie adatte anche ad una coppia, 2 bagni, cucina ampia e fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, macchinetta del caffè disponibile Nelle vicinanze c'è un Conad a circa 3 minuti a piedi Nelle vicinanze ci sono 2 ristoranti, un pub con cucina ed un McDonald L'host è una persona molto disponibile e facilmente reperibile; le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento sono semplici e precise

Pros: Seriózne a rýchle konanie Mattea pri vzniknutom probléme.

Cons: Centrálne odomykanie dverí - zvonili do bytu aj počas noci, nedalo sa to vypnúť. A hluk z metra, ale pri zatvorenom okne to nebolo až také obťažujúce.

Pros: المكان هادئ وقريب من محطة القطار، المكان نظيف المكان امن الشقة واسعة جدا

Cons: احيانا صوت القطار المزعج لا تتوفر خدمة التنظيف

Pros: Przestronne sypialnie z działającą klimatyzacją, wyposażenie kuchenne, wygodne łóżka, przestrzeń obiektu, blisko metra. Bardzo miły i kontaktowy gospodarz. Poczęstunek w tym woda, wino, herbata i i inne smakołyki dla gości. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Cons: Prysznic wymaga wymiany uszczelek lub naprawy - woda tryska na wszystkie strony (dotyczy 1 łazienki).

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bot uns als Gruppe von sechs Personen viel Platz. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Bäder, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. In der Nähe gab es eine tolle Bäckerei mit leckerem Essen und Cappuccino, der sogar besser war als in der Innenstadt. Auch der Inhaber war äußerst freundlich und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert.

Cons: Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir mit der Metro in die Innenstadt fahren mussten. Das war zwar nicht weit und uns vorher schon bekannt, aber trotzdem etwas umständlicher als direkt im Zentrum zu wohnen.
