Pros: Kitchen was available, little fridge and kettle in the room. Interesting historical house with an old-fashioned lift. Great location.

Cons: Had to pay 20 euros for late check-in (we arrived at 10pm). The room was cold (we stayed in November) and the heating was weak.

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Excellent location- within easy walking distance of the Colosseum and other main sites. Very close to Metro and buses. Quiet location and felt very safe. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The owner, and also the gentleman who showed us in, were extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable. We stayed a week and were very pleased and would recommend to friends visiting Rome.

Cons: The front door needed a special way to open with the key so could be a bit difficult if you didn't get it right. Always worked though.

Pros: The communication with the property was excellent, and the check-in was seamless. The host provided clear, helpful directions and local tips. I greatly appreciated the available amenities, including toiletries, extra towels for my long stay, bottled water, an in-room fridge, and air conditioning.

An excellent apartment at a great price, with everything you need!

Pros: First of all, Mr. Nestor impressed us with his hospitality. He explained everything we needed to know to get around the city and gave us great recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. He even gave us a card with a 20% discount for food and drinks at a nearby restaurant. The apartment was extremely clean, nicely arranged, and very comfortable. The view from the window was perfect! The location was excellent – it took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, and all the bus and metro lines were very well connected to all parts of the city. We didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring apartment at any time. Federica sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation and how to find our way around easily. All praise for the apartment, the owner, and Mr. Nestor. We highly recommend it to everyone and hope to come back again!

Nice and clean accomodation in a safe neighbourho, close to metro station for easy sightseeing.

Pros: Nice and clean accomodation, available wifi and air conditioning. The location is close to metro station and walking distance from Colosseum. There are nice restaurants and caffe bars in the neighbourhood, we had a lovely stay!

Great location, good value for money!

Pros: A superb location, in the city center and close to all the tourist attractions. Clean, comfortable, very nice. Both the owner and the guy letting us in were nice and understanding (we had a late arrival because of the airline).

Cons: Since it was winter already, the nights were a bit cold and the air conditioning/heater is a bit loud. That being said, it’s enough to warm the room up before going to bed to have a good nights sleep :)
