Pros: Fabrizio is a very kind, and extremely available host. The room is very nice with all services, top position, 3 minutes from San Giovanni and 10 minutes from the Colosseo.

Pros: The room was really nice and clean. Bed was very comfy. Fabrizio was really friendly and flexible with our schedules and wishes. Colosseum and city center were only walking distance away from the hotel.

Pros: Very clean and super comfortable! Personnel was super friendly and helpful! The tram goes directly to trastevere which was great. Busses directly to the city center. Metro goes all the way to Vatican. Amazing location and quiet. Totally recommended.
