Newly renovated, comfortable, fully equiped appartment in the heart of Monti
Pros: The appartment is newly renovated, spacious and comfortable, with attention to the detail. Both the bed and the sofa bed were really comfortable, the linen and the towels were brand new and soft and the appartment was warm and cozy in the winter months. The appartment was fully furnished and equiped with all the amenities we could need. It features a smart TV, a fully equiped kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher and espresso machine, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, even coffee and laundry pods were provided along with a bottle of welcoming wine. Lorenzo was really helpfull and gave us a lot of info for our visit! The appartment is located on the first floor in a lively neiborhood in Monti, but it is really quiet. A small elevator is available for the suitcases and the Colloseum, Roman Forum and the metro station is just a 5 minute walk away. Everything was great, highly recommended!

Pros: L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Merano et autour de Merano. On peut tout faire en Bus avec la carte Gäste-Carte, offert par l'établissement. L'ambiance familiale, la chambre est spacieuse avec tout confort. Je y retournerai sans hésitation.

Pros: Удобное расположение, в 5 минутах от Колизея. В квартире есть все необходимое, в том числе таблетки для посудомойки, капсулы для стиральной машины, соль, сахар, и т д. Окна во двор, ночью тихо. Приветливый хозяин.
Cons: Не очень чистый пол. Не критично

Newer apartment with great amenities.
Pros: Spacious, clean, had a washing machine, decent neighborhood for walking and the metro access. It exceeded our expectations. The place was immaculate and you can tell the owner cares for it. Modern matte black bathroom trims, newer tiling, water bottle in the fridge, great little kitchen, streaming on tv (we streamed Gladiator one night), screens on the windows so we can actually enjoy having them open without bugs, and a surprising amount of storage. The owner was quite nice and let us drop our huge bags while the apartment was still being cleaned so we could grab a bite to eat while we waited for the check in time. He also provided recommendations, a little map, and a “how-to” document for us. He provided WhatsApp communications if we needed to reach him but left us to our own devices otherwise, just like we prefer.
Cons: Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only “improvement on perfection” might be having a couple extra pillows available - what was available was nice but we both get congested if we aren’t angled a bit and a couple extra would have helped us personally.

Pros: Eine tolle und komfortable Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem sympathischen Gastgeber empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt in Rom war wunderbar und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Truly nice apartment in a great location!
Pros: Really nice .remodeled apartment in a wonderful location. Great light and high ceilings. Quiet. Thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here.
Cons: Nothing! It was best apartment of our long trip so far!
