My first time in Rome was very nice.

Pros: The interior design of the flat is very cool and modern. The flat itself is spacious and bright. The beds are comfortable, there is a nice terrace and it is quiet at night. There are good restaurants and a metro station nearby, which is a big plus.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady was there after I had already entered the room. This delayed my check-in and I found the room in a mess after the previous guests.

Pros: A bit far away from the center, but well connected to the metro and bus. We were a big family so we enjoyed the terrace. Overall it is a worth for the money.

Cons: It was not very clean. The floors were dirty and one of the rooms did not have heating. There is no one on site and the online staff was not very helpful with that issue.

Looks as good as the pictures displayed, perhaps even better than you expect.

Pros: ~Modern design, spacious and very cosy (Photos of the exact room I stayed in is numbered 35,36,37,38,39,40 on the Gallery). ~Provided microwave, kettle, plates, pans, cutlery, coffee machine and a stove to cook your own food. ~Smart TV, dining table, ironing table, clothes cupboard and full length mirror provided. ~Bathroom with modern shower. ~I had a room with a Mezzanine floor which had a sofa bed and a standing fan. ~Quiet room, secure and with no street noise. ~Excellent WiFi ~Very smooth self check-in and check-out process. ~Supermarket shop and a underground train station nearby (Pigneto station), both within a 10 minute walk.

Cons: ~It was hard to control the Air Conditioning unit/temperature, so it sometimes stayed on for quite a long time and the room became too cold. ~My room's Mezzanine floor is a bit cramped, so you need will definitely need to crouch down (if you're more than 5ft tall) to walk around when you're up there. And be careful not to hit your head on the steel support beams on the ceiling (see photo number 40 in the gallery). ~There are not many plug sockets right next to the bed (photo 38) and the sockets are indented (\

Cozy apartment in a great location

Pros: Everything is thoughtfully arranged. Easy self check-in. Apartment has all the comforts. Great location in a lovely building with a charming courtyard.

Pros: They have everything we need. My children wantes to stay longer

Pros: The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. It has a nice terrace where you can relax.

Clean, well equipped studio in a low key part of Rome, with easy access to center

Pros: It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Including fabric iron with board and coffee machine with pods, which are a very personable touch. The entire room was very clean and well maintained, kudos to the cleaners, it was spotless.

Cons: The top level has a very low ceiling, you have to be quite bent over to access that level. I would only recommend this for families with small children for this reason. The sofa bed on the top level was also quite creaky when getting on and off it but it was comfortable. There was a sewer smell right outside the entry to the room. We figures it was from the drains at the neighbouring house. So, not the fault of the accommodation but certainly something to be mindful of if you’re sensitive to smells. No smells in the room itself.

Pros: Clean apartment, well equipped, close to public transport, nice terrace.

Amazing clean, cozy and fully equipped rooms! Great location!

Pros: We were 11 friends with 3 different rooms. Each room was clean, cozy and fully equipped! All of us loved our rooms, especially the terrace! The location was great, close to the metro and bus stations. I would recommend this property!

Pros: Clean and everything new. 500 m to the tram station.
