Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: Lovely clean property and quite spacious. Great location.

Cons: Saturday night into the early hours of Sunday morning can be a bit noisy but just about ok.

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome

Pros: Excellent location — we were able to explore the center of Rome entirely on foot. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities. We hope to come back. We absolutely loved it!

Perfect!!

Pros: Location was perfect and as described. It had everything we needed and the hosts were really helpful and quick to answer any questions.

Responsive hosts, great location with a nice apartment. Not much more needed

Pros: A lovely property located very well. On a trip covering 5 weeks, this was one of the better accommodations

Cons: Not that it mattered to us, but if stairs are a problem, this is not likely to suit

Pros: Spotlessly clean and beautiful So central to walk to all the historic place we wanted to visit . Just a tip - people with mobility issues may struggle due to the stairs .

Excellent Apartment

Pros: We were first-time visitors to Rome and had a wonderful stay. The apartment feels brand new and was very clean. It has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, two modern bathrooms, and a large living area that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and a local market, just steps from the Colosseum, and only about a 15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Pros: Location is excellent, very close to collessium. Lots of restaurants around . About 4km from Vatican. The apartment is excellent with all you require.

Cons: On 3rd floor. It's not a problem for us. But steps to climb so take into account. Has a hand holder on steps to help.

Beautiful and comfortable.

Pros: It was exactly as described: clean, tidy, comfortable. It was also situated on a beautiful street with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, and 2 min from Colosseo.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to friends and family visiting Rome.

Pros: We stayed at this property in Rome for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was easy to find from the train station and is ideally located — just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby to stock up on water, wine, and essentials. Communication with the host was friendly and clear, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment itself was a good fit for our group. We were travelling with our adult son, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked (even though we didn’t cook), and the small balcony off the kitchen was a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun. The washer with detergent provided was a welcome bonus for doing some laundry during our stay. Air conditioning in all rooms kept the flat cool and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The space was clean and well maintained.

Cons: Check-in was set for 3pm, but when we arrived, the cleaner was still finishing up and let us know she needed another hour. This wasn’t an issue for us — we dropped off our bags, went out to get supplies, and when we returned, everything was ready and the flat was spotless.

Pros: 2 good size double rooms with separate bathrooms was great for breakfast with friends- only minor point would have been larger balcony that could seat 4 not 2 but minor point
