Pros: Location is great, the room is super clean, and the host is wonderful. There was also a nice surprise in the fridge

Pros: The room was great for our stay Communication with Emilio was clear and friendly. Available and easy to reach, don't hesitate if you have any question to him. The location is in a busy street but we don't hear any traffic There is a lift to access the floor Security is top notch Will come back with pleasure

Pros: Very conveniently located accommodation, just a short walking distance from the Colosseum. It’s next to a nice Irish pub open from 12 pm until 4 am! No need for public transport if you are visiting the Colosseum. Not far from Termini Station and other transport links. A lovely, quiet street right in the heart of the city centre. It’s a nice period building with an old-fashioned lift to all floors. Lovely, friendly staff and a small kitchenette for making coffee.

Cons: The room was a bit small, but if you're planning to spend most of your time sightseeing rather than staying in the room, it really doesn’t matter. Suitable for 2 people, but still very compact.

We had a wonderful few days in Rome at the Colosseum Deluxe. So clean and comfortable in a great location.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, good air conditioning, fabulous, powerful shower, excellent location and very safe.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: The easy check-in, Emilio's quick response to any request. I didn't have enough cash at hand for the City tax. But he was fine with me giving him the remainder amount in a day or two. The cleaning lady was super sweet.

Pros: First of all, our host, Emilio, has been an amazing and extremely helpful host from the start. His instructions were absolutely perfect and we felt treated like family. The ac in our room was fantastic, so even in extreme weather, we still came ‘home’ to an amazing cold room. The room was absolutely spotless, even the cleaning lady was such a wonderful person. So kind, so welcoming. I wish I could give more than 10 stars. Simply amazing, absolutely recommended!

A clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with thoughtful touches and great hospitality!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hotel was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable visit – including fresh, clean towels. We had requested two single beds in advance, and they were set up perfectly for us on arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was very accommodating – we asked for an iron and ironing board during our stay, and they were provided promptly upon request. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions and even a helpful video guide on how to access the property – a thoughtful touch that made everything hassle-free. The location was ideal: just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to the Colosseum and surrounded by plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Overall, an excellent stay – clean, convenient, and well-managed. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome!

I fully recommend it.

Pros: It was really close to a nice square near the papal church. And a nice building with an old elevator like you see in the movies. 10 mix max to coloseum. The room was super clean and the host really nice and comunicative.

Cons: It s the first time when i cant find something that botherded me.
