Colosseum Maison

Really great!

Pros: We really loved it! The location is excellent — just 5–7 minutes from the Colosseum. There’s a café right downstairs with delicious croissants, and nearby bus stops make it easy to get to the best attractions. The apartment has dishes and a small stove — everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Fabrizio is a wonderful host — he always replied quickly to our messages and gave great recommendations on where to go. A special thank you for the breakfast 😊 The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Cons: After showering, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, but if you air it out, everything is fine.

Pros: Spacious, clean, quiet and situated in a great location close to the colosseum. Very comfortable bed and closed to little shops and coffee shops etc.

Cons: Can’t pick up any problems about the property.

Perfect, clean and quiet place in nice location close to the city center

Pros: All was perfect and clean. The apartment is really good located near metro station and close to the city center. We also get recommendations for restaurants all around the city. We will return to Colosseum Maison when we will stay in Rome next time.

We had a memorable visit to Rome, it was a family reunion kind of trip. which we really enjoyed.

Cons: The little bed was ok, but the pillow was too hard, not very comfortable, the last day i found an extra pillow in the wardrope and I slept a lot better.

Pros: The location is great and the property is very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here. The landlord and manager were quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. We really appreciated the complementary breakfast too. The restaurant next door was really nice too.

Excellent!

Pros: Great place to stay. Rooms was very clean and spacious, there’s a shared kitchen and living room which is also spacious, amenities were also quite complete to cook and make some coffee or tea. Very close to the coloseum, just 10 minutes walk. Fabrizio the host is also very nice and friendly.

Central location. Great stay.

Pros: Fantastic property and Fabrizio was great host! The room is more than adequate space wise and really central just next to the colosseum. There are also many metro stations and bus stops close by. Would stay here again.
