Location, safety, staff are all excellent.

Pros: The location is excellent and super safe, close to every where and famous restaurants, all staff are really nice and welcoming (eg. prepare coffee), room is clean and has all the stuff we need!! Valeria is so sweet and helpful, she sends me detailed information about check-in and how to collect my key before I reach, gave me the Google map list that she made about best places to eat and visit. She also helps us switch to a superior room for free as someone cancelled it. We had such a wonderful living experience here. Will definitely come here if visit Rome again!!

Wonderful visit to Italy/Sicily over 10 days. Staff was cordial and helpful about the area.

First time to Rome, Christmas time.

Pros: Excellent location. Walking distance to everything but just out of the crowds to be quiet which is honestly what you want! Now I like a crowd but we were in Rome at Xmas and you actually couldn’t move because the crowds were so thick. This way we got to walk in and walk back to our amazing room. It’s situated in an historical building which is very cool. The bed was very comfortable, room and hot water super warm. I am really glad I stayed here and just to walk out and have the Colosseum at the end of your street! Priceless! Yes stay here it’s great!

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: The place is recently renovated, the size of a studio but without a kitchen. It’s cozy and clean. Location is great. We will definitely stay again. Valeria is a lovely host as well.
