Boiardo Art House

Pros: Large bedroom, we didn't use the kitchen but it looked well furnished , bathroom was nice

Cons: There's AC in the living area but not in the bedrooms. There was a fan in the bedroom, but because the construction is kind of in a basement there's no windows to open for the air to circulate.

Pros: It was really lovely and spacious, has everything that you may need and was really nice located I really recommend 🙌🏼

Comfortable, nice furnished and good value accommodation, great location.

Pros: Very accommodating host! Our flight was terribly delayed and Monika stayed until very late to greet us. Great location, quite central with metro just 10 minutes walk away. Excellent cafe/restaurant close by \

Cons: Just a point to be aware of - the kitchen/ living room/dining is a common area. Two bedrooms share this space, so this is something to keep in mind if you would prefer a more private/exclusive living arrangement.

Pros: Great location, lovely staff member, clean and modern.

Cons: Plugs in bedrooms didn’t fit adapter. Only 1 in the kitchen.

Pros: Location great for most things. Rome Termini 15 minutes walk. Coliseum same. Lovely cool room as it was downstairs. Lovely big shower. Lovely owner who was very helpful and kept in touch

Pros: The hospitality of the owners was very good and they were ready for everything we needed. We went way before check in and they were so nice to let us inside. Even the next day they keeped our backpacks. That meant a lot to us.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay

Pros: Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment at a perfect location. We could just walk to many attractions including the colloseum which is 10-15 minutes away.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Ambiente curato e spazi larghi, pulizia, struttura rinnovata e con servizi funzionanti. Letto comodo e temperature piacevoli

Cons: Mancanza di finestre apribili vista la posizione seminterrata, aria un po' stantia.

Soggiorno di una notte

Pros: Struttura facilmente raggiungibile dalla Metropolitana , in una zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici e negozi. Accogliente e pulita

Cons: Nel complesso non ho particolari obiezioni poiché corrispondente alla descrizione su Booking

Erdvus ir patogus kambarys su bendra valgomojo ir virtuvės erdve.

Pros: Jaukus ir estetiškas butas su gražiais ir meniškais paveikslais, įsikūręs tolėliau nuo pagrindinės turistų traukos vietos - Vatikano. Tai buvo mažiau triukšminga ir pakankamai tylu pačiame bute. Pačiuose apartamentuose man patiko didelė bendra erdvė, kurioje galėjome pavalgyti prie stalo, taip pat virtuvė su dujine virykle, kurioje galėjome pasigaminti patiekalų. Patiko tai, kad galėjome pasinaudoti kavos kapsulėmis ir pasigaminti kavos iš kapsulinio kavos aparato, kurį nuomotoja Monica pakeitė nauju, nes senasis nebeveikė. Butas švarus ir gražus. Rekomenduoju!

Cons: Dujinė viryklė buvo tik su viena veikiančia skyle, bet, manau tai galima suremontuoti. Durys į tualetą ir dušą buvo sunkiai atrakinamos, bet labai patiko nuomotoja Monica, kuri po mano kreipimosi, greitai atvyko, iškvietė durų meistrą, bet jis, beremontuodamas durų užraktą, sulaužė raktą ir tų durų mes neberakinome, kad neužstrigtume viduje.
