Pros: Owner was so lovely and helpful. He kept in contact to ensure our stay was good. Amazing location and in the middle of everything in Rome, so every sight was walking distance. Room is very modern with 3 beds and one of them is huge. Spacious bathroom and accommodation itself.

Cons: The building itself is very old and you have to take a tiny elevator to each floor but we found it funny. As a group of girls we felt a little scared at first so I wouldnt recommend as a solo trip but definitely with a group. Floor could have been cleaner and bathroom. Under the beds too. You also have to pay city tax on top of the accommodation so don’t forget.

Pros: First, Riccardo is a great host and was very kind and accommodating when a health emergency caused us to arrive late. The apartment is in an amazing location. What a joy to have easy access anytime of day to hang out with the Pantheon. We refilled our water bottles regularly with clean spring water from the fountain by the fountain. :) The apartment is really fun and the huge mural is breathtaking. The building was clearly not designed to be apartments so they’ve had to make clever use of the space and it works well! some things are a bit odd but fine. The beds seem ultra firm at first but even for a side sleeper with hip trouble, it was extremely comfortable. We slept really well here! The cool temperature outside helped too.

Cons: The only annoying thing is the mis-leveled shower floor can cause water to spill out across the floor to the door. Not at all a deal breaker but use the shower on the left instead is my advice.

Pros: Struttura davvero consigliata. Riccardo è stato davvero accogliente, al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era già pronto, pulizia ottima. Appartamento completo di macchina da caffè bollitore per l’acqua e con diversi snack. Posizione ottima. Super consigliato. Grazie Riccardo della tua ospitalità e gentilezza.
