Excellent location, cozy and well-equipped apartment

Pros: Excellent location, cozy and well-equipped apartment, the hosts are very friendly. It would have been nice if it was a little more furnished and gave off a little more homely feeling (pictures, mirrors, etc.).

Cons: We booked the apartment through Booking, and wrote several messages to the hosts - however, the response from their side did not come, but only after we called twice. And the stairs - indeed, it is not easy for people our age to climb so many stairs with luggage...
