It was really good, staff is amazing, location is wonderful, we stayed for 3 nights and everything went perfect

Pros: Very nice place with lovely hosts. As someone who's working in hospitality I was very pleasantly surprised how clean it was. The location is just amazing, close to the Termini train station and the Colosseum. Just 2 min walk away from a bus stop and Metro station.

Lovely spot

Pros: Stayed here with my mom for a few days, and it worked perfectly for us. The location is spot-on. Close to the metro, cafés, and Termini, so getting around was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Salvatore and his wife were responsive and helpful, making the check-in and the whole stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, a solid stay and great value for the area!

Pros: Comfy bed. Reasonable size room and quite comfortable and spotless. . Bathroom alright, shower ok.Coffee machine with coffee pods are always available. Plates and cutlery, bottle opener. All the little things you may need. Easy access to the apartment. Excellent videos on how to access building and rooms. Sophia was lovely, very helpful.

Cons: Nothing really, The area wasn't perfect but walking distance to coloseum, palletine hill etc and station. This made up for it.

Pros: no breakfast but the lady owner cared that we have the best cofee and everything that we needednear metrostation and restaurants

Pros: The location is perfect, just a short walk from Colosseum and Termini station, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was the ideal base for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. What really made the stay special was the host – incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Free coffee is a big plus! : )

Cons: Via Emanuele Filiberto is quite busy and noisy street - if you want to sleep longer in the morning, keep the windows closed : )
