Splendid flat on the Tiber river

I can only recommend. Good spot, good host, good service, easy location.

Pros: The location itself is okay, close to every sightseeing opportunity and some bars and cafes around.

Cons: Fortunately, the windows close good and tight as the street next to the building is very noise day and night.

Definitely give this apartment highest rating.

Pros: Everything clean modern has everything you need great location. A lift for luggage up to floors. Excellent communication with host very obliging helpful allowed to not only drop bags but as the apartment was ready early check in. Gave recommendations where to eat etc. Just fantastic

Pros: Registration was successful and without delay. The apartment is well renovated, clean bed linen, a set of dishes, Wi-Fi. Good location. The Vatican is a 17-minute walk away.

Cons: The house is located next to a four-lane road. Day and night, you can hear passing cars and the roar of motorcycles. It keeps you awake at night. Because of this, the windows must always be closed. The windows are well protected from this noise.

Easy to deal with staff/owner and no disappointment regarding presentation or location.

Pros: Large comfortable flat and fabulous location. Leandro was attentive and easy to deal with. Air-conditioning was great— and highly necessary!

At home in Rome

Pros: The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything including Roma Termini, Colosseum, Vatican and all other major attractions. The apartment was spacious and functional. Communication with the host was proactive and helpful. This was a great place to call \

Great location, spacious apartment

Pros: Location was perfect for us. We didn’t need to use public transport at all during our stay because of how well located this apartment is. It was nice and spacious as well, which is good when you’re in a group of 3 or 4 people.

Cons: The key is not available in a lock box or anything like that, we needed to coordinate a time to meet with the property manager so he could give us the key. It would have been more convenient and faster if we could just get the key through a lock box instead of waiting. We would also have appreciated if there was some hand soap available in the bathroom.

A well placed flat with a wonderful view

Pros: I loved the location and the view. It was wonderfully situated and ready for tons of exploring. There was plenty of toilet tissue and a washing machine on site, which was wonderful. I genuinely loved being at this home while in Rome.

Cons: The bedding felt wet the whole time, and there was no clean sponge or dishwasher soap for dish cleaning. The door keys were unmarked and took a lot of tinkering to get the doors to open.

Perfect flat for exploring Rome

Pros: My fiancée and I loved this flat for our stay in Rome. We are traveling the country by bicycle and this was an unforgettable stop on our journey. It is spacious and clean and in a great location. It felt like we lived in Rome for several days. It is in a residential area so is just outside of all the crowds yet is close enough to walk the city or get on public transit. We would love to return someday.

Bravo aussi à Virginia qui est juste magnifique . Présente à tout instant du séjour , et qui répondait à mes attentes ou questions dans les 10 mn . Je salue le professionnalisme de chacun . Wifi impeccable ! Immeuble calme et sécurisé .

Cons: Rien à dire . A part que l appartement était trop chauffé . Mais ça dépend du building. Toutes mes attentes ont été exécutées dans la demi heure . Bravo à tous .
