Excellent location, value for money

Pros: Excellent location! Just by the train station and close to the metro that gives you access to all important paces in Rome in just few minutes. Great value for money.

Cons: The apartment is quite basic, but it’s enough for the purpose.

Nice family apartment

Pros: 1. Very responsive host. Very welcoming and allowed us to access the unit in the morning to drop our luggage before proper check in at 3pm. 2. Location is good. Very close to Roma Termini. Easy to catch early morning bus to airport or you have big luggages or small kid. 3. Spacious apartment. 3 proper bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area in separate area. 4. Heating working well.

Cons: 1. Typically old building with ancient tiny elevator - but it is totally ok and im fine with it. 2. Ground floor a bit smelly - maybe due to the garbage collecting points are located on the same level.

Great location, 2-minute walk to Termini.

Pros: Perfect location. Very close to Termini, metro, train and also airport bus. Many options available for dining nearby. Thankful to Riccardo and Oana that they allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment because we arrived earlier than check-in time.

Cons: Fix the holder for the shower head. A microwave oven would be very useful.

Close to the train station!

Pros: Lots of room, very spacious. Nice to have two washrooms to use. Nice there was two washing machines too!

Cons: The hot water tank had a error and we had to message the host to figure that out, quick fix though! The shower curtain rod in the one bathroom needs to be upgraded. Annoying to shower and have the curtain touching you and sticking to you the whole time you are showering.
