Pros: The apartment located on a busy street, but in front of the building there's a small garden that separates us from all the noise and mess of termini. I can tell the apartment is renovated recently, all equipments and appliances are new. Very very clean and convenient. The owner is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place!

Pros: The hosts were very generous and provided fruit, milk, juice, coffee and bottled water for us. The location is convenient next to the station, so it's easy to catch buses, trains, or transfer to the airport. The city centre is about a 30-minute walk. A very nice restaurant is literally next door.
Cons: The mattresses were very hard.

Pros: The location of the accommodation was so close to Termini Station that it was easy to find. Alex personally welcomed us, introduced us to the hotel in great detail, and explained how to use the facility. What was most amazing was the food that filled the refrigerator for us. Bananas, apples, milk, juices, cola, bottled water, and more. Also, we had crasps, apple pie, coffee, and tea. And there were so many tableware available that it was very convenient to use. Our host Alex always responded to our inquiries right away, so we stayed really comfortable. And the check-in time was 12:00 p.m., which was earlier than other places, so it was convenient. It is an accommodation that I would really like to stay again next time I visit Rome.

Oasis in the city center of Rome
Pros: Very good location. Metro and railway station, good restaurants, grocery shop in the near. The host ( Alex) was very kind and helpfull. Apartement is well equipped. There is a small garden in the house😀

Pros: At Casa Vacanza in Rome, they totally got it right! The spot was perfect, place was spotless, and they didn't skimp on the extras. We're talking water, milk, soft drinks, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and a heap of croissants! They made sure we woke up happy every morning.

Pros: Located, about 200 metres from the Roma Termini station. Close to most of the archaeological sites inwalkingdistance. . Lots of restaurants around. Host is a very kind person. He supplied milk,fresh fruits,fruit juice, and some sweets on the first day. We stayed longer and done house cleaning in the middle of the stay. Clean house and the bathroom. Provoded bathroom slippers ,linen ++ Kitchen fully equipped.
Cons: Nothing special. But the last day, the host reminds me , checkout time twice, even though I was ready to leave.

Short stay in Roma
Pros: Very close to Termini station, owner very kind, perfect communication, helpful in navigation. Very nice location - inner garden was a surprise. Fridge equipped with some fruits and beverages, coffey machine with capsules. Simply amazing for us!
Cons: I cannot say a simple bad word…

Pros: De accomodatie ligt echt om de hoek van het station wat ideaal is. Er zijn veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de eigenaar Alex is echt een topper. Hij had allemaal lekkere dingen klaargelegd en had goeie tips voor restaurantjes. Wij kwamen zelf aan na de inchecktijd en we konden toen gelukkig zelf in het appartement komen.
