Lovely stay would highly recommend

Pros: Well located just around the corner from the train station, very clean and looks brand new! Well equipped with everything you need the coffee machine was excellent! Was greeted as well when arriving and shown around! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Fantastic location—Termini Station is just a few minutes’ walk, and the Colosseum is about 20 minutes away. We stayed with our 1-year-old, and the host had everything perfectly prepared: a crib, muslin cloths instead of regular towels, and even a changing mat, plus baby wash. The attention to detail was outstanding. The apartment truly has everything you need and even more—the kitchen is very well equipped. It was spotless clean and in great condition. Netflix, a washer, and a dryer made the stay even more comfortable. Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in Rome, and the host was wonderful.

the best

Pros: one of the best i’ve ever stayed. everything was brand new and with the most technological items all over the place. the beds were excelente. The kitchen, very good! Also the bathrooms were amazing! All the towels and sheets were very clean and smelled good. the location is amazing, less than 5 minutes walking from the Termini main entrance and it’s 2/3minutes away from Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore. There’s plenty of restaurant near by. And there’s also a great grocery store in front of the basilica. The owner is an amazing person. He was very helpful during all arrival process. Our flight delayed and we landed late at night, he assisted us on the check-in process. Thanks very much! We appreciate it a lot.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The building is very secure and the location is perfect for getting to all the sights - 5 minutes walk to Termini and 2 minutes walk to Santa Maria Maggiore. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Communication with the host was easy and the free toiletries and drinks in the fridge are a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay in Rome.

A beautiful modern suite in a heritage building and central location ++.

Pros: Host was very accommodating with access even though our train was 80 minutes late. Very modern suite in a heritage building, an excellent renovation to be proud of. Walking distance to station and most of the popular tourist attractions in Rome. Great area for restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful and truly luxurious apartment! Perfect location, just a short walk from Rome Termini.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this elegant and luxurious apartment. The hosts personally welcomed us, which made us feel very special. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully equipped with a hotel-style welcome kit, and ideally located within walking distance of Rome Termini station.

Luxury gem in Rome

Pros: This is a modern luxury apartment in the heart of Rome with great access to public transport and all of the Rome highlights. The host, Domenico, was very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended.

Perfect property in Rome

Pros: The property was in a perfect location close to Termini, restaurants and major attractions. Check in was easy as the host was there to assist with instructions. The apartment was modern and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. We could not have made a better choice. Highly recommend this property. Also the shower was fabulous.
