Great apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment. Very close to Termini. Great loccation if you coming overnight.

Cons: Price a little bit high but I think it is normal for Rome.

Best of both worlds

Pros: Location is great so close to Roma Termini. The connection to neighbouring Hotel Kennedy offers the best of both worlds, with friendly reception, ability to leave luggage, good breakfast etc. Services of a hotel with the space of a self-contained apartment. Comfortable beds, good shower, nice towels, the apartment felt safe and was surprisingly quiet.

Little gem for short stay

Pros: -Location was great, just minutes walk from the train station. -Apartment was clean, we had a little kitchen with fridge and stove top. (dishware included) -Beds were clean and comfortable, enough towels setup for everyone -we had to get our key at the hotel Kennedy wich was a half a blk away, hotel staff was friendly and helpful -breakfast included, a little more than continental, was great! Would definitely stay here again

Cons: -The entrance door to the building needs to be painted, was a little scary with all the graffiti on it. Once you got passed that door it was fine. -The apartment is a bit small for 5 adults and 1 washroom but was good for the one night we needed it. -Tv in bedroom was not working

Ideal location and excellent reception staff made our stay in Rome most enjoyable.

Pros: Our family of 2 grandparents with a 17 year granddaughter, stayed in Jackie's Apartment Red. Top of the like list is the support from the associated Hotel Kennedy reception staff. They enabled us to check in early, leave bags, have taxis ordered, have breakfast if required. We were very appreciative of their assistance. This gives Jackie's Apartment the edge over other similar apartments. The Roma Termini train and metro station are just a few minutes away, so an excellent location. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing really. An electric jug would help, so that we didn't have to boil water, for a hot drink, in a pot.

Great stay in lovely apartments in an excellent location.

Pros: Great location next to the railway station which has metro station access to both metro lines for getting around. Also within easy walking distance of the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. Apartment itself was great and ideal that its linked to the hotal across the road so easy to pick up and drop off keys and use hotel facilities if you wish. The air conditioning units were excellent and very welcome during the heatwave when we were there! It has very comfortable beds one is a sofa bed which is one of the biggest and best we have seen. Lovely decor in the apartment and we felt very safe and secure, staying here, its in a nice central area of Rome and access is via three locked doors from the street to inside the actual apartment. For all it is near the train station it was very quiet in the apartment. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Rome and we would try to stay here again in the future.

Cons: Having a kettle would have been nice. Other than that it was all good!

Lovely little appartment which I would use again.

Pros: Location was great right next to termini station. We were a family of 5 the 2 rooms we had were clean and tidy and were made up every day which was nice, didnt expect this from booking an apartment, Breakfast was also included in the price at the kennedy hotel which was just around the corner, that was a nice touch! breakfast was ok but no hot food apart from drinks.

Cons: Rooms were a little on the small side, because we had a family of 5 the living space was used as a bedroom which didnt give us much space for anything else but cant complain as we only really slept there. There was no kettle! There was no Iron, we did ask at reception for one but they said because of a fire hazard they couldn’t provide one, but we could use the laundromat around the corner who would charge. Make sure your clothes are ironed!

Great location and clean but poor internet service. Good for couple only, not family.

Pros: The location is great. It is small but cosy. Very easy to check in and check out as it is managed by Hotel Kennedy which is literally less than a minute away. You can store your luggage with the hotel if needed which most apartments do not offer.

Cons: The main door to access the building is very broken and you will be greeted by smells of multiple garbage bins as soon as you enter the building. However, once you get up the stairs, that will no longer be an issue. However, please note that the internet wifi access is extremely poor and unreliable at 10mbps down and 1mbps up which looks more like a cheap mobile broadband provider. This will only be able to support up to 2 people using the internet at the same time.

Pros: very friendly staff. Fresh towels and room made up every day. great location couple minutes walk to bus. train station minute away. loads of restaurants and a supermarket in the area.

Pros: Accoglienza Ottima , magari fossero tutti come loro , subito disponibili e con il lasciare la valigia nel loro ripostiglio momentaneamente , e il giorno dopo avevano il check out alle 11 ma siamo usciti dalla stanza alle 12:30 e nessuno ci è venuto a disturbare dandoci fretta e disturbandoci , da questo punto di vista 1000%
