Pros: it was right next to the station, good and comfy apartment.

Cons: just a little more heating was required.

Pros: Very close to Roma Termini station and the host was very helpful. The rooms are big, each had a bathroom inside with all necessities (soaps, hair dryer, towels and shower gels). The building has an elevator, which was very useful. Ideal apartment for two families of four, our stay was very comfortable.

Cons: The shower cabins are small and there isn’t a dishwasher, but the only thing we really didn’t like was that the spoons, forks, knives, glasses and plates were dirty.

A nice and well located apartment. Great for families or groups of friends.

Pros: Very spacious apartment, great location to bus & train stations,. The 3 bathrooms are definitely a benefit for accommodating a family of 5 or more . The host was very quick to respond to requests. Sent us a route to the nearest supermarket Plus, during a 4 day stay, we also received new towels & linen

Pros: Good location, close to the central train station. Large apartment so it’s good for a large group. Sufficient for a short stay in Rome

Great location and facilities with a helpful host.

Pros: Great location and a very helpful host. Travelled with two teenage boys and they appreciated having their own room and bathroom. I loved having a couch to sit on rather than an accommodation where every room has been repurposed into a bedroom.

Pros: It was very nice stay for a eight people. Very near everywhere.

Muy bien ubicado y buen sitio para una estancia de turismo.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta al lado de Termini. La casa amplia y las camas cómodas. Vinieron a cambiarnos las toallas a los 2 días. Gracias por dejarnos café. La comodidad del checking y que Luigi contestaba muy rápido a cualquier pregunta nuestra. En general todo muy bien excepto los baños un poco antiguos.

Cons: Los baños son más antiguos de lo que parecen en las fotos y las duchas un poco pequeñas, además, en concreto el de mi habitación olía un poco mal a pesar de los ambientadores... El menaje de cocina un poco justo en general y en concreto faltaba alguna cacerola. El frigorífico enfriaba mucho pero para 8 personas creo que iría mejor uno algo más grande.

Pros: Przestrzeń i sposób urządzenia mieszkania na duży plus. Bardzo podobały mi się sypialnie i kuchnia. Ogromny komfort dały nam 3 łazienki, każda sypialnia miała swoją! Meble w dobrym stanie, przynajmniej w sypialnie nr 3, bo pozostałych nie sprawdzałam. Brakowało zmywarki przy takiej ilości osób i naczyń oraz mieliśmy mało miejsca w lodówce - szczególnie takiej która nie mrozi rzeczy.

Cons: Bardzo widoczna wilgoć w sypialniach i łazienkach - pleśń w fugach i niektórych ścianach. Pisze to z uwagi na alergików. Łazienki proszą o odświeżenie.
