Termini Binario 1&2

Pros: Central located accommodation, all attractions are accessible on foot or by public transport. The host allowed us to leave our luggage at the accommodation at 10:00 on the day of check-in.

Cons: The bathroom is open from the bedroom, which can be uncomfortable if someone is also sleeping in the living room. The bed in the bedroom could be better.

Pros: Location was perfect, just few metres from Termini. Kitchen fully equiped.

Convenient for Termini and Metro travel.

Pros: Very close to the station. Comfortable beds except the sofa bed, and good towels and linen. We paid for a room close to the Termini Station and that’s exactly what it is. A bit of a sketchy neighbourhood, quite dodgy after dark. Recommended for proximity to Metro and transport options at a reasonable price.

Pros: Great location, very close to the station and walking distance to many of the major sites. Good value for money considering the excellent location. Good for students and young adults. Perfectly clean and comfortable enough for a couple of days.

Cons: We were a family of 4, and the room with the sofabed didn't have air conditioning or heavy curtains. We were there during a heatwave and the room with the sofabed wasn't good to sleep in as it let the light in and was too warm. A fan had been provided but it didn't work very well.

Family of 2 adults and 2 children...

Pros: We wanted something central and budget friendly and that's what it was. If you're after something fancy this isn't the place for you. We knew we wouldnt be spending a great deal of time in the apartment so the price was the appeal. If you're a light sleeper and sleeping on the sofa bed you may struggle with a generator or extractor fan noise outside. The chairs in the kitchen area could do with replacing. On a huge positive the apartment was super clean and the linen was spotless.

Excellent location, friendly host n comfortable stay

Pros: The host was very friendly and helped us with early check-in. The property is at prime location very close to Rome termini. Room is just similar to what is shown in picture.

Pros: Great location near train station, easy to find and access property. Owner accepted late checkout.

Cons: The apartment is in need of renovation, as there are noticeable signs of wear and tear. The bed was particularly problematic, being very noisy and creaky.Additionally, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. Overall all was good !

Excellent accomodation in Rome!

Pros: Excellent location, very close to transportation means. Cosy appartment, with all necessary things. The towels vere divine! :) We reccomand!

Cons: The chairs in the kitchen maybe should be changed, but it wasn't a significant problem at all for us

Perfect stay for 3 nights.

Pros: Great location Had everything you needed. Lift was a bonus

Cons: The bed was too hard for my liking. The shower had no pressure and was going hot to cold during showering.
