Great location with restaurants and shops. Very near to Roma Termini. Flexible check in and check out.

Pros: Excellent location! Bonus points: 2 bathrooms, 2 sets of dining tables, free mineral waters provided, high water pressure, heater functioning well & had elevator/ lift. The host generously provided us with souvenirs (fridge magnets, key rings etc). Thanks so much.

Cons: Nil. As to my expectation.

Pros: We had an amazing stay, we were in 6 girls and were all very comfortable and it was very spacious for all of us, great location, right next to the train station and super easy to get anywhere from it. Staff was very helpful, Aman Ullah was very hospital and sweet!!!

Cons: The bathroom had a weird smell and the kitchen wasn’t super accessible for cooking

Pros: Good location and rooms with enough space. Stable and strong wifi connection. Air cons in both rooms worked well.

Cons: Heard a noisy sound from the smaller bed room all day.

We had a great time at the property. The location is fantastic a close to shops, restaurants, subway and train station.

Pros: Property was cleaned, well located and very spacious! It has all utensils for a long stay.

Cons: The lift in the building is quite small

Great place to stay in Rome for a few days.

Pros: Host was very friendly and very helpful. Location is great. Apartament was clean and very nice.

Cons: It was a bit noisy - a fan or something similar outside the apartment (on the roof maybe) was a bit troubling, but not much.

Great location, was exactly what we needed.

Pros: Very well located for the train station. Very spacious. Owner/operator was super nice and provided souvenirs and icecream for the kids which was very thoughtful : )

Cons: Bathrooms were a bit smelly.

Ótimo custo beneficio

Pros: Localização e hospedagem em si. Aman Ullah nos recebeu, apresentou o apto e estava limpo, com roupa de cama e toalhas de qualidade, e nos deixou um mimo no final.

Cons: Por ser um prédio antigo, o elevador é extremamente pequeno (só 2 pessoas), e nunca funcionava. É muito difícil subir e descer bagagens lá, e até mesmo após um passeio ter que subir 5 andares até o apartamento. Outro fator é que a taxa municipal tem que ser paga no dinheiro, e isso precisa estar claro nas informações.

Pros: Está muy cerca de la estación termini lo cual nos facilitaba la movilidad por la ciudad, el anfitrión era amable, atento, y los colchones suaves!

Cons: El alojamiento es un poco viejo, la televisión de la sala está rota, una de las regaderas está difícil de usar y la lavadora no sirve
