Pros: Everything is perfect. Location, super comfortable and warm. Decoration unique and special

Pros: Sofia was very helpful and polite. Private transfer on time and the driver Luigi very kind.

Pros: Everything was great. Communications were proactive by Sofia and quick responses. It was very quiet with all windows opening onto an internal courtyard. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had plenty of space for a 1 bedroom place. It was nicely decorated with a homely feel. We loved it. We'd stay again without even thinking about it.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Old but authentic house, we had everything we needed. The decor was nice, it had a great location that helped with seeing all the sites in Rome.

Cons: Everything was nice, we have no complaints.

Very cozy apartment!

Pros: The host was amazing. Kind and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was very cozy and clean and the location was just perfect for us. I loved being there. The only finger I can put on anything is that there was some animal outside our window that was very loud sometimes throughout the night. But you can’t really do much about that. The apartment was still very nice.

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Five star. Bed very comfortable. Extremely quiet street. Very flexible with check in and check out times. Arranged taxi to and from airport. Wonderful stay. Walking distance of all main sights.

A comfortable apartment in a good location

Pros: Good Location. Bori was helpful and attentive and kept in touch throughout our stay. She organised transport to an airport hotel for us which was really helpful. Great to have a elevator to get our bags up to our floor (one of the reasons we chose the property) Loved the comfortable living area. It is spacious and the furniture comfortable. Important for a 12 night stay. Good to have basic cooking items (salt, pepper and other items supplied) A really good washing machine Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: While I was fully aware that the kitchenette was really small a few things, like pot lids for a few more of the pots and a bigger chopping board would have made things easier. If you plan to cook meals there, I suggest one pot meals would be the best option. Also, the oven mitts were tiny and not really of any use. An extra tea towel would have been good as well. An extra towel (especially the bath towels) each would have been useful as there are no heated towel rails in the bathroom. In order to get our towels dry we had to leave them on the clothes rack with the heater on. I did mention this to Bori when we left and she said extras would have been supplied on request however it would have been good to just have them there.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, clean and elegant apartment, with very hospitable people who were eager to help. I appreciated the fact that there was a good supply of all those things that it is a bore to provide for oneself - olive oil, coffee etc

Cons: Kitchen is very small - if you plan to cook, this isn't a place for you. But with so many great restaurants, why would you want to cook?

A wonderful experience over 7 days.Every day felt like an adventure coming home to comfort.

Pros: Personal handover and guide to the apartment. Travelling and siteseeing advice. Everything we would need was in place. It was as it said on booking.
