Paramount Penthouse

Pros: I like the location and having accessto the city and ccery close to central metro station and tge building manager was very friendly and helful. Really nice for a family holidays!

Pros: Host was excellent, nothing to much trouble. Provided plenty of things for breakfast, it was a self service breakfast but very satisfying. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and in a great location next to railway station and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants close. Also excellent Chinese restaurant just down the road.

Pros: Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Check in was easy and staff were really nice and helpful.

Cons: Aircon units were very loud which made it hard to sleep at night.

Pros: Wonderful apartment in a great location close to Termini. There was a buffet breakfast included and the host was most helpful. However do clarify the situation about Tourist Tax prior to arrival. Thoroughly recommend.

Convenient, close to all local attractions, comfy beds :)

Pros: Location was great, very close to the main train station, and although I was worried about the location being a rough area, we felt safe all the time walking with our two young children, however, didn't walk late at night. Convenient to all local attractions, breakfast wasn't served daily, but was a range of yoghurts, bread, jams and cakes left for our stay.

Cons: We had an issue with the boiler that was fixed, however, the smell from the bathroom needs to be sorted out. I've seen another review saying it was from the washing machine, but I think it's from the floor drain. Either way, it's overpowering and very strong, even with the window open.

Pros: Host was waiting for us, acted proactively left full drisge with good quality foods and coffee machine, rooms decioratwd and furnished to superior quality, good tips on local beach and flexible overall, walking distance with luggage from train terminal

Pros: El piso era muy espacioso y tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. El desayuno incluido es un plus. Muy completo Es como si un amigo te presta su casa. El encargado muy amable.

Cons: Es un piso muy antiguo. Con una reforma sería perfecto.

Pros: People were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean. Fresh towels, nicely organised bedrooms etc ... nice and very clean fridge . They are waiting for you with cold mineral water and cold juices and fresh apples, which is very nice. There is a coffee machine and also coffee, sugar etc.. some snacks and yoghurst in the fridge .

Cons: It is penthouse, so the top floor. Therefore it is very, very warm. Air-conditioning is available in the bed rooms only and they work well but they are very loud because they are windows mobile air-conditioning.. When we visited, it was 35 c outside the temperature, so we really needed the air-conditioning. However, the kitchen was very warm.
