Very comfortable and clean apartment.
Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. Leandro was very friendly and helpful. The owner even provided some good recommendations for the city.
Cons: The building has some electrical limitations (not attributable to the apartment owner) related to the same age of the building. We lost power if we used the washing machine and the air conditioner at the same time. There seems to be a fault level on the main building based on the load of appliances.

Great apartment near the center
Pros: The apartment is very clean and tidy. It is as in the pictures. The bedrooms are nice.

Comfortable quiet new flat. Would recommend
Pros: 1) The apartment looked as expected. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay (including the kitchen, with all the necessary stuff for cooking); 2) The windows aren't positioned towards the street, making the apartment quiet. No noise from motorbikes or buses; 3) Everything was new, the furniture, accessories etc.
Cons: 1) There is no sound isolation in the flat. Every little sound is heard from the other room, or from the bathroom. Not the biggest problem, but if it's important for someone else, they should know it. 2) There are no carpets, so I kindly suggest to bring slippers, which we did (and they took some space in our small luggage). 3) There is a drain problem in the shower. The shower shall take no more than 5 min (i've heard a lot of flats in Rome have this problem). It wasn't so critical. 4) When checking in, the apartment was pretty clean, except for window sill in the small bedroom. It was black, dusty. I took a cloth and had to clean it so I dont sleep near it and inhale the dust. Also, the doors had hand stains, that could be cleaned. Overall, it was ok. Nothing critical

Квартира понравилась, жили муж с женой и мама жены, 3 взрослых человека. Продуктовые магазины рядом, вокзал и метро рядо
Pros: 2 ванные и туалетные комнаты - очень удобно , посудомойка -также важно для 3х человек, плита хорошая, готовили утром и вечером
Cons: Можно подушки получше и пододеяльники на одеяла, простыни вместо пододеяльников -это не удобно

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, Küche gut eingerichtet, ruhig, geräumig, Zustand des gesamten Hauses gut gepflegt
Cons: Betten nur 1,90m, Blick nur in sehr engen unschönen Innenhof Sofa nur für 2 Personen als gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit

Pros: Prima, compact appartement voor 2 a 3 personen, vlakbij bus, metro en trein, restaurants en kleine winkeltjes. 2 slaapkamers (1x1 persoons zonder gordijnen, 1x 2 persoons met dikkere vitrage) 2 badkamers met elk een aparte kleine douchecabine en 2 toiletten. De woonkamer is een ruimte zonder raam achter de ingang en naast een vd badkamers. Kleine balkonnetje. Leonardo zorgde voor een gezellige ontvangst.

Cons: L'eau avait de la peine à s'écouler dans le siphon dans la douche et le lavabo d'une des salle de bain.
