Pros: Everything was very clean. In fact, it was perfectly clean. The location is perfect. All the sights are within walking distance, 25 minutes maximum. The apartment is beautifully furnished, has everything you need, everything is modern. We had a great time. I recommend it to anyone who values ​​cleanliness and comfort.

Pros: I want to say that it was the best decision to stay here. First of all, they confirmed our late check-in and prepared an extra bed. Thank you, Daniele. The apartments are bright and clean, we felt very comfortable, warm and cosy. We stayed with a child, so we pay close attention to cleanliness and comfort. The lift is narrow, and the pram didn't quite fit in, but we folded it up and it was fine. Secondly, the location is excellent, close to the station, but as the windows face inwards, it was quite quiet. It is convenient to get from and to the airport. Everything is within walking distance of the apartments: the Colosseum is 20 minutes away, the Trevi Fountain is 30 minutes away, etc. There is a large supermarket nearby, 7 minutes away. I think this is not our last trip to Rome, and we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros: Very convenient location - Rome Termini railroad station is 5 minutes walk, Colosseum 20 mins walk, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets are two steps away. Everything you need you will find in the apartments, communication with management is excellent, everything is great.

Séjour très agréable avec nombreuses visites de monuments a proximite à pied, et voir avec métro pas

Pros: Proximité pour visiter une grande partie des monuments de Rome À pied. Proximité gare termini avec arrivée et départ autobus de l aeroport. Quartier calme, états des parties communes du bâtiment vieillots.

Cons: Pas devue extérieure en dehors de cours immeubles peu agreables. Nous n'a vons pas utilisé le minuscule balcon. Appartement très propres et bien équipé

Una semana en Roma

Pros: Limpieza y que está céntrico. Además nos permitió quedarnos una hora después del check out estipulado.

Cons: Hacen falta utensilios de cocina como cucharas y bowls además de esto el barrio de noche es muy oscuro y hay muchos indigentes.

Exelcelente estadia! Recomendo e voltaria.

Pros: Local limpo, de fácil acesso, muito perto da Estação Termini, que agiliza em muito quem chega via trem, ou pelos aeroportos de Roma. O apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa. Cama e sofá cama confortável, máquina de lavar, ambiente espaçoso e silencioso.

Parfait pour visiteurs. La facilité d’accès à tous ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin à moins de 5 minutes de marche

Cons: Les fenêtres et le balcon donnent sur des cours intérieures. Plus difficile de faire entrer de l’air frais dans l’appartement

Cons: Would have been nice if there was handwash soap at least in the bathroom. There was also a half empty used, seems to be left over small bottle of lotion or soap and i was not sure if it was forgotten to be thrown away or cleaned. Otherwise other than that, apartment was nice. Would still consider when we are back in Rome.

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito, nuevo, moderno y cómodo. Es super tranquilo. Interior, con muy buena iluminación. La cama y dormitorio principal muy buena calidad. Al igual que el baño. Y la cocina. Frente a una consulta nos respondieron inmediatamente.
