Pros: The location was excellent for our needs and the flat was spacious, the beds were comfortable

Cons: 2 extra chairs to sit at breakfast bar would have been useful.

Perfect for 2-3 days stay at Rome city

Pros: Nice apartment big enough for families… the host waited us late at night to arrange check in and give us some instructions.

Spacious apartment with a lovely host

Pros: Emanuele is a great guy. Very thoughtful. Stay was very comfortable. Apartment is spacious for our family of 2+2. Perfectly adequate for our three day stay in Rome.

Pros: Location is good. There are three toilets with shower.

Cons: One of the toilet in the big room sometimes stinks even though no one is using it. This one needs to be looked at. Other than that we had a good stay.

Pros: Beautiful apartment very convenient to everything, just a short walk from the central station. The apartment is perfect for up to six guests.

Cons: Nothing 😊 One small thing, a TV would be a nice addition to the apartment.

Pros: The accommodation is very close to the tourist attractions, as well as the metro/bus stations. The host was very welcoming and prompt in solving the problems encountered.

Pros: Posizione perfetta per visitare Roma venendo con il treno, le tre camere con i tre servizi perfette per il nostro nucleo familiare di 5 persone. Appartamento molto silenzioso grazie all’ubicazione interna in corte. La zona non ci ha dato affatto sensazione di pericolosità. L’host è stato molto gentile e premuroso alle nostre richieste. Segnalo che ora l’appartamento è dotato di un grande televisore che funziona da Smart TV, l’edificio non è supportato da antenna funzionante

Cons: Molto migliorabile la pulizia, consiglio vivamente Emanuele di cambiare ditta, cassetti utilizzati come cestini, frigo con odore nauseabondo e sensazione generale di non accuratezza nell’igiene.

Pros: The apartment is at a great location, near to city center and also close to the railway station, making it easy to travel with suitcases. Apartment has an elevator which was super convenient. There is a market on the first floor and it was very easy for us to grab things when you needed. They provided a very good quality crib for our baby and he loved it. Host is super friendly and nice person.

Excelente apartamento em Roma próximo à Estação Termini e pontos turísticos

Pros: Apartamento muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da Estação Termini e da maioria das atrações de Roma. Fizemos tudo à pé e só usamos o metrô para ir ao Vaticano. O anfitrião foi extremamente cordial e nos deu todas as informações necessárias.

Cons: Não tenho nada a reclamar do apartamento, mas alguns pontos devem ser observados. O apartamento é antigo mas estava tudo limpo. Tem 2 suítes e o outro quarto o banheiro é do lado de fora o que não atrapalhou em nada. 2 quartos são excelentes mas o terceiro quarto creio que foi adaptado pois tem uma cama que abre e fecha, além do aquecedor ficar nele também fazendo um pouco de barulho.
