Pros: We had a lovely stay, the room was clean, they changed or towels midway throughout our stay. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Pros: The location is very convenient — the metro and bus stops are nearby, so it’s easy to reach any part of the city. The area is quiet, and the room is peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The building is clean and well maintained, with an elevator. The room is spacious, tidy, and has everything you need, including extra blankets in case it gets cool. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like home: there’s a fridge in the kitchen and everything you need to make tea, coffee, or a light snack. There’s even an umbrella in the hallway you can use if needed. You get your own keys for all doors. The Wi-Fi is 5G and works perfectly. The host is simply wonderful — very attentive and kind, with genuine care for the guests. I really didn’t want to leave and would be happy to come back again!

Pros: The room was nice and tidy. Very clean. The room was ready for us 30 minutes before the scheduled check-in. The location was perfect. 15 minutes walk to Coloseum. Highly recommended.

Pros: 2 km to colosseum, clean, close to lots of restaurants, close to marker penny, hopefull owner, very kind and nice. Maps of restaurants available in place by QR code. Lucia will also advise what to visit. We had a lovely time in Roma!!!

Delightful, but cold at night.

Pros: Clean, nice, nice location, polite hosts, easy communication, good internet, well-connected to the city

Cons: It was cold at night, we had no heating or it didn’t work (under the window). My girlfriend ended up with a cold.

Perfect stay

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the apartment and especially appreciated Lucia. The apartment was clean, in a great location, had a nice view, and there's a great coffee shop right in the building. Lucia changed the towels every two days. Even though there are two more rooms in the apartment, it was quiet during our four-day stay. We recommend this great apartment to everyone.

Excellent choice and I would go there again. But this time brinfg clothes that don't need ironing.

Pros: Location close to metro , lots of eating options , safe and quite street with lovely cafes . Lucia is amazing and the place is lovely and well kept. There's a lift to access thr second floor too. I wanted value for money, quite , spacious room with private bathroom so B&B gaĺlia met my expectation.

Cons: Towels too wore out needs to be changed.

Pros: the location was great, with several local cafes within walking distance for cheap breakfasts. the 2 metro stations were also within walking distance, just a little further away. The room itself was very spacious and clean and the air-conditioning was much appreciated in the heat. The ensuite had all the basic necessities and the water pressure from the shower was great throughout. While you could hear other guests in the kitchen with the door closed, it was mainly muffled conversation and light footsteps. Nothing disruptive of sleep at all.

Pros: Excellent service and very accommodative host. We were late to the check-in time due to our fault, but the host went out of her way to accommodate us. Even waive us the late check-in fee she should have charged. We were very grateful to her kindness.
