Amazing stay in Rome

Pros: The room was super nice and clean! The location was perfect to explore the city! Alessandro, the host is always available and kind, and the experience was for sure better because of him! Breakfast is included and you have food available in the room. Also a voucher for a local Caffe for a Cornetto and a cappuccino! What a great experience!

Cons: I wouldn't change anything

Pros: Everything. The room is very clean. The host, Alessandro, a very very kind man and helped us with suggestions. We had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine in the room and a mini-fridge. I also asked for an iron and Alessandro kindly provided it for us. The neighbourhood is also very nice and we found very good restaurants there. There are 2 metro stations very close. Also bus and tram.

Pros: This B&B was ideally located in the heart of the city, with nearly everything just a 15-minute walk away! Alessandro was one of the most welcoming hosts I’ve ever met during my travels. I’m so glad I stayed here and will definitely book again when I return to Rome.

From the very first message, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly caring — he made sure we felt at home. He provided all the information we needed, helped us navigate the city, and even offered assistance on the day of our departure. Such genuine hospitality is rare and very much appreciated ❤️ The apartment itself was clean, bright, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the metro, supermarkets, and cafés. It's very easy to reach all the major sights in Rome either on foot or with a few stops on the metro. A perfect base for exploring the city! We’re truly grateful for the warm welcome. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with heart in Rome 🇮🇹

Pros: I had such a wonderful stay at B&B Floret Roma San Giovanni! The place is impeccably clean — everything is so well thought-out and beautifully arranged. Alessandro is the kindest host you can imagine, always helpful and genuinely caring. You can tell he puts his heart into this place. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the metro station, bus stops, and everything you might need. I felt so comfortable and welcome, I honestly didn’t even want to leave! Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back!
