A pleasant stay with great cleanliness, friendly host, and a very convenient location

Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidied up every day. Check-in was easy and smooth, and communication with the owner was excellent. There’s a nice view of the garden. Every day fresh items were added to the fridge for breakfast. Breakfast included: croissants, jam, honey, sandwich ,Milk and yogurt. The location is great — right next to the Basilica of St. John Lateran, about a 25-minutes walk from the Colosseum, and close to the San Giovanni metro station, which made it very easy to get around the city.

Cons: There was only one small pack of cereal (not really enough for two people) . There was no bowl to eat the cereal from, so we thought about eating it from a glass. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable — since it’s kept unfolded all the time, a proper bed would probably be a better option. You can also hear the neighbors quite clearly — their conversations and footsteps in the hallway. There was some kind of water heater system in the room that switched on after 6 AM in the morning and started bubbling and making weird noises that kept waking us up.

Pros: Very clean, nice location, close to everything. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Pros: Room was new, spotless cleaned. Close to the metro, and comfy.

Cons: Breakfast, just because was packed stuffs - basket Breakfast. I prefer thinks a bit more fresh, but I understand the logistics it involves.

Pros: Everything was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the personal friendly,we really liked our stay.

Cons: The only thing was, that it was a really acid smell in the room, I think it was some room perfume that is used in this hotel.

Pros: I loooooved everything especially the snacks that kept my children so happy...also it was so so clean..everytime and on time too

Cons: Everything was just so perfect... hopefully, the bed can be a bit higher... preferred that way. But that's it

Very good experience, the location was perfect for me (combination or work and leisure).

Pros: Excellent location, very peaceful and with metro connection (which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment), you can be anywhere quickly and easily.

Cons: The bed is actually a sofa so once it is made for sleeping, there is very little room to walk in the room. But it is comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: It was really enjoyable, felt comfortable😌 Me and my family liked so much. Definitely recommend.

Pros: The room was very clean and the location was also great! They make the room every day while we are away, so you feel fresh when you come back. The air-conditioning system works beautifully!! It is really quiet and well functioning. I really loved it!

Cons: Breakfast was nothing like Italian style nor luxurious, but you are not in a hotel buffet, so it is ok. One drawback is if you have noisy neighbours, you can hear them, but luckily, it wasn't that bad. Usually, people respect nighttime manners, so it was not a big deal.

Pros: Very good location. Every day the room was cleaned and the breakfest was served. A very good experience in Rome.
