Good and comfortable weekend stay.
Pros: The flat has several rooms, Our was big enough. The only thing missing are shelves to put clothes in. The bathroom and the shower are clean and big. The hosts are very supportive and provide guidance before check in.
Cons: If the flat is fully occupied, it may be noisy in the morning. This is not a negative, rather a suggestion to everyone: do not expect breakfast, rather get your own food or expect to go to a nearby caffe in the morning.

A clean room in great location
Pros: The property was very clean, easy to check in any time of the day/night and in a very good location just 2 min walk from the metro station. Alex was really attentive and helpful.
Cons: Not a very good sound insulation of the room for a person who is sensitive to the noise

Wonderful staying
Pros: Stayed in one of the colored rooms. Great to have a fridge for small meals etc. Being across from the metro station made getting around easy. Also great access to grocery shops and restaurants. B&B was clean, quiet, and had all the amenitie as advertised. You know what you are getting with … . Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: Nice location near metro, through wich one you can reach most famous places in Rome. 25 minutes walk to the Colloseum. Host was friendly and hospitable

Pros: I am going to start by complimenting the host with it's friendliness and offering clear information. Although the check-in was at 2 pm, he made it possible at 1 pm, which allowed me to visit more of the city. I landed at Ciampino airport, and was easy to take the 520 bus from the airport and then with the M2 metro. The location was excellent also because you can exit near the Spanish Steps without changing the line, or visit the Colosseum by changing at Termini. The neighbourhood was more residential, with different shops and restaurants as well as a Carrefour Market near by. No dubious figures appeared to roam, even in the nearby park. The room was nice and had view of the inner courtyard. It was located at the first floor, in a flat whith an elevator. You have a common kitchen, but only other 3 rooms connected. The shower was very pleasent, whith warm water coming very quickly. The bed was firm, and the pillow was medium, overall I got a good sleep.
Cons: I suggest installing mosquito nets, as well as completing the kitchen with bowls.

Pros: Very clear communication check in and check out. Room was clean. Good ventilation and room had all the basic amenities. Host was very fast in responding. Location is very close bus stops, metros and nice restaurant. Highly recommend :)

Value for Money
Pros: Parking was close to the apartment in a local garage and easy to access. The metro was also very close. The room was clean, a good size, and comfortable. Access to the apartment was easy with directions from our host.

Pros: It was clean, coffee, tea, snacks and water were provided. In the property, it was a little kitchen that could be used, in case needed. We had towels and soap. It was very close to the train station. 🙏🏼

Pros: The location was perfect as it was super close to the subway and the breakfast was good crunchy bread with jelly jem, coffee and tea with biscuits.
Cons: If there would be some flip-flops or slippers.

Comfortable stay at excellent location.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room very clean and bathroom modern and clean. Location was great, lots of cheap eating options around and great connection to anywhere else in Rome.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit simple, but like I expected - coffee, tea, toast and a cookie. There was even fruit sometimes, so all in all not so bad.
