Exactly what a needed, perfect location, clean and comfy.

Pros: Clean, brilliant location, safe neighbourhood, all necessities provided, friendly staff

Cons: Tricky to find at first, very dark in hallways so I had some trouble finding the light switches

Pros: Everything was great for a short stay in Rome, clean room, friendly staff. Despite the common area not having the cooking pot (I knew it as it was advertised), I could prepare my breakfast and this was a value added for me. The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful, very nice and welcoming people.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and very well located, very near to a metro station and well served by bus lines. The room was clean with a functioning air- conditioner. The bathroom was OK. Andrea, the host, was very helpful and friendly

Cons: The shower box was very small and could be equipped with holders for soap and shampoo.

Great hotel

Pros: The host was great, he gladly explained about the city and gave me a few recommendations (including a nearby local restaurant which was great) The room was very comfortable and nice, the facilities felt new, and the room looked renovated. Location was great, 5 minutes from the metro.

Cons: Wifi didn't work so well in the room, half of the time it didn't work and in the rest it was slow. However, there was good WiFi outside the room in the shared space. The shower enclosure was a bit small

Pros: The location was great! It is really close to all stations (bus, metro). Also, you have options for breakfast, lunch/dinner next to the property. The building where this property is located is beautiful. The hostess is friendly and gave as some suggestions to visit during our vacation.

Cons: The rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear the conversations from the next room. Also, towels and sheets were not changed during our 4-day stay.

A nice stay in Rome

Pros: Very close to San Giovanni di Laterano, the subway and buses. I feel very safe in the place. Nicely decorated room. Also, Andrea, the host gave a lot of information about the places to visit, the restaurants in the vicinity.

Pros: Very clean room, nice location, near metro station and not too far away from the city center. Also cute inner courtyard. Seemed like a safe neighborhood.
