Pros: Room was good need to be renew little bit but the owner Marco told me he is working on renewing all rooms. Location was exceptional 30 sec. from S. Giovanni metro exit. Although, room is in need to be renew little bit but it was so comfort and satisfying all of our needs. the kitchen has all amenities and tools that u could need. TV is smart so u will find all ur entertainments that u get used. the entrance of the building is always clean and the lift is good and new. Marco the owner of the property is such a helpful person and always keen to comfort ur stay and always follow up if something u need to change. A bonus point, just down the property an amazing gellateria that make a real italian gelatto.

Cons: The property is on the main street so, during the rush time u will always listen the crowed of the street

Great spot to spend some days in Rome in a good location.

Pros: Very good location, with bus stops and metro nearby. Attentive host, always available, we left our luggage at the property on our last day without additional fees. Clean overall.

Cons: A few things need a bit of fixing in the bathroom, but nothing that would impact your comfort.

Pros: Excellent accommodation in a perfect location! All major attractions are within walking distance — it takes about 20 minutes to reach the Colosseum, and the San Giovanni metro station is just one minute away. Right at the bottom of the building, there’s Rivareno Roma, the best ice cream in the city — a real treat! Our host Marco was amazing — he waited for us late at night even though our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which is rare for such a central location. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely come back!

Great value for money

Pros: Very good location, just next to the metro station, comfortable bed, shared kitchen and a small terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a very kind host, who cares about his guests.

Wonderful experience

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Rome! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – just a few steps from the metro station, on the line that goes directly to all the major tourist attractions. Very easy to reach from the airport (train + metro). The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available for any questions or needs. Luca, thank you for everything – we felt right at home and will definitely come back!

Perfect apartment!!

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, but what truly made the experience special was Luca. He is a wonderful person: incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed support. From the moment we booked until check-out, everything was perfectly organized and smooth. Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Rome with a wonderful host!

Pros: Our stay was perfect. The location of the accommodation is excellent – everything important is within walking distance. The room was clean, cosy, and well-equipped. A big plus was the comfortable, non-sagging bed, which allowed us to rest wonderfully after a full day of exploring the city. The host, Luca, was extremely friendly and kind, offering us plenty of helpful advice and making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the smooth check-in and the pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to return on our next visit to Rome!

Great city, great residence, great stay!

Pros: First of all, Luca is a very nice host. Even though we didn't meet in real life, the communication was transparent and friendly. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive before 11 p.m. But by communicating well and clearly with Luca we were able to get into the apartment without much difficulty. The New York room is perfect because it's nice and clean, within a 1-minute walk of the Metro and a 17-minute walk to the Colosseum.

Cons: The apartment is located on a busy road, but you get used to it quickly. And the bus stops right in front of the apartment, which is a plus. Someone in the apartment was renovating his house for a few days, but because we always left early to explore Rome, it didn't bother us that much. Altogether, we had a great time in Rome, due to the place of residence :)
