A home away from home. Will definitely stay here again when given a chance.

Pros: Near to the train station, very clean and attentive staff. Very kind of the owners to allow us to leave our things after check out.

Cons: Can be noisy due to the cars as this is near the road but you can use ear plugs.

Great value and location - highly recommend

Pros: Convenient location, next to metro however only 30 minutes walking distance from colosseum/ other locations. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with late check-in and great to have a balcony as that appears to be quite a limited feature in city centre. Lots of good restaurants nearby (bear in mind to book these in advance). Highly recommend!

Cons: Can be a noisy area so worth keeping that in mind if really light sleeper however this is not the fault of the B&B and is still worth the value.

Perfect choice for visiting Rome

Pros: Excellent location next to the metro for easy access to all attractions. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Daily Italian breakfast was a real sweet treat. Special thanks to Alessandro for welcoming us after our delayed arrival and to Monia for the friendly atmosphere and coffee every morning. I felt at home and I highly recommend a stay here.

Cons: Nothing, I wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros: Everything was fine, the room, the host. A truly great place to book. The accomodation's location was also pretty good, because it is close to the metro with wich you can reach everything in Rome's downtown. I recommend wholeheartedly this place.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Wonderful owner, nice atmosphere, cleanness. Metro station is next to the apartment. We will stay there as soon as we come back to Rome!

Great B&B with even better staff

Pros: Excellent breakfast, location is very quiet for Rome and close enough to explore everything on foot. Very clean and beds super comfy.We arrived super late - 01:00 AM, and they were very kind and helpful with the self check in service. We had pleasure to meet Mona in person, she was super warm and friendly, and so acommodating. Mona is the reason we will come back to this place for sure.

Cons: We loved everything.

Pros: The room is nice, cozy and very clean. It has everything we needed, including hair dryer and cosmetics. The bed is very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a dream after a long day of walking. The metro is right next door. Tasty breakfast and fantastic cappuccino by Emanuela :) Thank you for your hospitality :)

Cons: There was some issue with the water in the shower - it was very difficult to have good temperature, the water was hot or cold

I recommend :)

Pros: Really nice place to stay in. Clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was typicaly Italian (sweet ;) ), but the lady who served it was very smiling, helpful and caring.

Cons: A little loud in the evening, but it's typical for a big city.
