Pros: Above all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. When we had a technical problem, Federica was there and helped us within 5 minutes! The problem was solved. Thank you! The location is great. 5 minutes to the metro. Everything is close by. The Spanish Steps are a 5-minute walk away, Trevi Fountain is a 7-minute walk away, the Colosseum is a 25-minute walk away, and the Vatican is a 25-minute walk away. A Carrefour store is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. opposite the apartment. We felt like we were in a palace. It's a historic tenement building with 6-meter ceilings! We'd love to return.

Pros: Konum çok çok iyi. Böyle bir evde yaşamak isterdim. Fiyat/performans olarak son derece yeterli. Ev sahibimiz ihtiyacımız olan konularda çok yardımcı oldu. Hemen karşısında market olması gayet güzeldi. İspanyol merdivenlerine 300 metre mesafede.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage - wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Flair, wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist ideal für eine Städtetour. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß gut erreichen, Vatikan, Colloseum, Trevi Brunnen, sogar das Stadtviertel Trastevere. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, der sehr gut sortiert ist. Die Straße ist wunderschön. Unsere Gastgeberin Frederica war sehr nett, sie hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt, Tips für Restaurants und Bars gegeben und die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen organisiert.

Cons: Es hätte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein können. Das Bett ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros: L’emplacement : La proximité du métro, petit supermarché au bas de l’immeuble, 5 min de la place Spagna

Cons: Manque de vaisselle dans la cuisine, pas de plaque ni de grille dans le four pour pouvoir réchauffer ou cuisiner, des travaux sont toujours en cours dans l’immeuble : très bruyants dès le début de la matinée. Panne avec l’eau chaude : intervention du technicien rapidement Matelas à changer !
