Very good location

Pros: Very close to the metro station Manzoni and very clean.

Cons: My room had two windows, but there was one window without a roller shutter or curtain, so my room was very illuminated in the morning. If you’re used to sleeping in the dark, you’ll wake up by 6 a.m. They could have cleaned the nespresso, though…

Would recommend for solo travellers- close to main attractions and great host!

Pros: As a solo traveller, i absolutely loved the property. I’s located very close to the colosseum (15 min walk) and the termini train station which made it an ideal location for me. The room itself was also really nice with amenities you would expect in any air bnb/ apartment. The host was also very helpful and just a message away on whatsapp. I requested my bag to be stored after check out so I could visit Rome a bit more - and the host was very nice about it! I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: I would have liked a few more amenities - like a little more breakfast in the room and fresh towels daily. However, I was not disappointed in my stay- these things would have just made the stay 10/10

Pros: The person running was very friendly always willing to help and talk via WhatsApp and the place was very lovely

Cons: The shared kitchen and the person staying in a different room was for me personally I bad thing but if you don't mind that it shouldn't turn you off from staying

Very good location and room size

Pros: Great location, metro stop was 2 mins walk and from there you would be able to travel into Termini Station. The check in process was completely digital, something we were not used to before, however the host communicated via whatsapp all the instructions to get this done. She was also kind enough to offer to store our luggage post check out, which was good. Overall a good experience and a big room. It was mentioned in the ad that the bathroom, although private, was sperate from the room, we knew this and the bathroom had its own keys.

Cons: Would have been good to receive the check in info via WhatsApp the previous day of the travel. Just so that we are prepared. It took sometime for the mobile networks to get data across, so that was only a small issue. It was only because we were not used to mobile check in into properties.

It's a nice place.

Pros: The room was very cozy and clean. Located in a closed yard of a cute historic-looking house. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was responsive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The property is located in a walking distance from Termini station. This fact is very useful for those who stay for overnight stop-over as we did. Besides, it's like 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum and the Capitolium.

Perfect for two nights in Rome

Pros: The location was very good and walkable to our locations of interest and close to the metro station .

Pros: It was a very good price for the room we had. The metro station is near 3-5 minutes to walk. The Coliseum is only 10 minutes by walk. Very good place.. Also we found some food in case we will be hungry, we were surprised.

Pros: Detailed instructions to check in and friendly host. The location was great, lots of nice local restaurants around with good food and very close to the metro, one stop from termini. The tiny fridge was adorable and just big enough to store my 500ml pepsi and the cupcakes left for breakfast. Breakfast was well planned, items that could be placed in the room for 2 days and can be eaten at my own time.

Cons: It was a little bit warm, and when you open the windows it can be loud outside. Luckily it wasn’t mid summer so it wasn’t an issue.

The host is incredible and communication is easy and fast. The house is super silent and comfortable bed. I highly recom

Superb accommodation, Great location, Awesome hostess!!

Pros: The hostess Michela, bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. From making special arrangements for us to obtain the keys to upgrading our room and always being available to answer any queries via WhatsApp. It is the best location to stay when in Rome as you are a short walk from the Metro and bus and tram stops.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect.
