Ενα πολύ περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετικό σημείο της πόλης

Pros: Πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε μετρό, τραμ, λεωφορείο αλλά και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το Κολοσσαίο κι από άλλα αξιοθέατα. Περιποιημένο , καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική.

Cons: Δεν έχει καθόλου θέα. Το παράθυρο βλέπει ουσιαστικά σε τοίχο . Το διαμέρισμα έχει εισοδο από μια εσωτερική αυλή. Με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει αρκετό φως ημέρας και θέα
