Perfect for a short visit to Rome.
Pros: Nice apartment on edge of town. Has elevator for taking luggage to 4th floor. Nice mini mart at base and some lovely restaurants, patisseries, gelato shops around.
Cons: Toilet seat in main bathroom broken, no tea towel provided makes it hard to complete checkout requirements.

Quite and comfy stay in Rome
Pros: Great communication with a manager, nice small apartment with two bathrooms/toilets, elevator, nice balcony, well equipped, quiet neighbourhood, good connections to all sites via metro or bus.
Cons: Maybe welcoming bottle of water in the fridge, some basic toiletries, etc., would be nice

Pros: The location was great. The apartment had everything we could need, I didn't realise we had 2 toilets when I booked, which was a big plus. Filippo was very nice, gave us a lot of tips of places and things to visit, and came late to give us the keys with no issues.

The apartment is a good base for a week’s stay in Rome
Pros: Location for public transport Comfortable bed Well equipped Felt safe Coffee, salt, toilet paper and cleaning items were provided Friendly welcome and good communication
Cons: The shower door needs attention and is hard to open and close. The same goes for the bedroom shutter. We had no hot water in the kitchen tap but we were able to heat water to wash by using the kettle

Amazing!
Pros: 1. Location - Metro and bus stations are really close, but you can also get to Termini station and Colosseum by foot. It is a pretty calm part of the city, not too noisy at night. 2. Apartment - We really loved everything! It seems to be a cozy vintage apartment and that’s what we liked most about it. There is everything you might need during your stay, it was very clean and comfortable. Owners were really nice and helpful! When we visit Rome in the future, we will definitely come back here!

Great location, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Pros: Great location, metro around the corner. Also. It is walkable to the Rome center, Termini, Colosseum. Separate bedroom. Kitchen with all appliances - microwave. kettle, and the coffee maker with coffee provided, dishes and pots.Two bathrooms are a huge plus. Clean towels. Apartment is very clean. Elevator. Lots of good bakeries and Irestaurants close by.

Pros: Super bien ubicado , a una cuadra del metro y varias líneas de autobús. A dos estaciones de la estación Termini que te comunica vía tren con muchas ciudades Italia. El precio bastante lógico de acuerdo a lo ofrecido. Tiene hasta un balconcito a la calle con una pequeña mesita y sillas para tomar algo y disfrutar la vista. Ideal para dos o tres personas cómodamente alojadas. Lo recomiendo mucho

Pros: Mooi ruim apartement. Goed en schoon apartementegebouw, dicht bij metrostation
Cons: Afzuigkap van keuken werkte niet. Doorspoelinrichting van een van de toiletten werkt onvoldoende.

Buen alojamiento, sin lujos pero bien cuidado
Pros: Lo mejor el aire acondicionado y tener dos baños para dos personas que éramos. Además cerca del metro y a 12 minutos andando al coliseo
Cons: Que se ofrece traslado gratis al aeropuerto al contratar este alojamiento y después me dijeron que no tiene ese servicio incluido, aunque sigue apareciendo en la web
