Fantastic location. Beautiful clean apartment with everything you need .

Pros: The location was fantastic. The apartment was lovely and clean. Good shower. Close to really good bars and restaurants if you didn’t want to walk far. Would definitely come back again

Cons: Initial view of the outside was a bit unwelcoming but once we got used to it we were fine. We loved the place

Pros: Great, central location. Super communication from host. Easy access using public transport and walking distance from main train station and to attractions.

Cons: It can get a bit noisy at night and two bedroom doors didn’t shut.

Pros: It was a great location to explore Roma, just down the street from the Colosseum and Roman Forum complex. The apartment was spacious and clean. Lots of nice places to eat nearby.

We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a central location.

Pros: The property was well appointed and in a good central location close to the coliseum, restaurants and transport. We walked to most sites. Federico was a great communicator and very flexible in allowing us to drop our bags early. The bedrooms were generous, the bathroom was good and the rooftop area was a bonus.

Cons: The location was great but it was a little noisy, particularly in the morning.

Great location to explore Rome, charming large 3 bedroom apartment.

Pros: Location, size of rooms, roof terrace, coffee machine, comfortable beds.

Cons: Two of the bedroom doors didn’t close

Great for older families and small groups. Convenient for most attractions especially the Colosseum Taxi to even the fur

Pros: Very close to the Colosseum and in a nice area and within walking distance of many many places within Rome. Comfortable rooms enough for a family fridge oven cutlery, you name it even salt, pepper vinegar and oil in the cupboards and a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. Air-conditioning is in the bedrooms and there’s a fan in the living space. The Totti mural is next to the front door. Great communication throughout. There’s also a lovely roof terrace which we went up to but due to time we didn’t have a breakfast up there but it is a lovely place where you could easily have breakfast or lunch or a drink in the evening or any time.

Cons: If you’re going to stay here, be aware that there are a number of steps to the main door of the flat and if you have mobility issues, this may be a problem. It’s not a hotel! So if you want flexibility with lively restaurants and bars on your doorstep it’s great.

Calm and cool retreat from buzzy Rome

Pros: The location! So close to the forum and coliseum, close to many restaurants and a short walk to get onto buses and metro. The bedrooms are calm and generous in size, and the whole flat was cool when outside was very hot.

Cons: There was not enough storage in the bathroom for all of us, also could do with a waste bin somewhere. We did not cook at all so cannot comment on that.

An exceptional property in an amazing location

Pros: The location was , and the host Federico was super responsive

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing that we could say against the property. Everything was excellent

Pros: Superb location; on an intimate, cobble-stoned block around the corner from the Colosseum. More locals than tourists. Rooftop access and a surprise private balcony.

Cons: maybe having optional mosquito-nets for the windows would/could make it just a bit more comfortable.
