Just fit the bill coming home after a day / evening out was just no stress or worry and cooking meals for ourselves

Pros: Central location, clean neat and tidy. Beautifilly appointed with antique pieces of furniture which gave it historical flair and a homey feel

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Pros: Spacious apartment in a good location. Host was great, easy to communicate and helpful.

Cons: Would be better if extra teaspoons and bowls. Also blankets would have been good as sleeping was rather uncomfortable without blankets on the beds or availability of extra bedding, the reason is not just for warmth but some people like the weight of a blanket to help them sleep. There was no TV.

Good size apartment, location good for colosseum.

Pros: Excellent location. Owners gave us good advice on where to eat. Size of apartment was good. Nice not having a tv in the property. Wi-Fi was good. Owner gave us a long list of do’s and don’t for the apartment but we’re friendly and approachable.

Cons: Apartment was noisy at night due to location of shops. Bathrooms not well equipped, kitchen lacked certain utensils etc, one bedroom was just a double bed no furniture or places to hang clothes, no bedside tables or chest of drawers. Only 6 chairs in lounge although 8 of us travelling. Had lots of rain and balcony flooded and came into lounge due to blocked drain. Disappointing to have to give a 600€ cash deposit, Never had to do this before ended up getting it back to take 600€ home.

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable beds, very big apartment for our group of 7 friends. Very welcoming host. We had a wonderful stay, I fully recommend.

Pros: The location was amazing and the apartment was beautiful. Lots of lovely recommendations from the host of places to go. Communications from the very beginning was amazing and right up to when we arrived.

Cons: The host were lovely but there was a lot of pressure regarding the importance of the furniture that we decided not to unpack or use any cupboards or drawers.

Amazing location and apartment to explore Rome

Pros: The location was excellent; (Colosseum at the end of the road.) Friendly host with good communication Good showers Taxi arranged by host to and from airport if required

Cons: Location was noisy at night, but that’s the trade off for being in the heart of Rome.

A joy to stay in, perfectly situated and a home from home

Pros: I was happy before I arrived due to the quality of information given before the trip and the friendly approach of the hosts. We were met on arrival and given an excellent briefing, including comprehensive information about the apartment and lots of useful tips about great local places to eat and visit. We felt like we were being loaned an apartment from friends and made to feel super-welcome. The apartment itself was gorgeous, high ceilings, beautiful furniture, clean, amazing modern shutters that completely blocked out the light and an awesome balcony. If you look out of the window from the master bedroom you can even see a portion of the Colosseum! Perfectly situated, safe and a home from home. Thank you to our host-couple who made us so welcome!

Pros: The hosts Lorenzo and Charlotte went way above and beyond to make our stay amazing with lots of great information on where to go and restaurants to go to. The apartment was out of this world and the location was perfect…if there was a higher score I would give it!

Pros: Sijainti oli erinomainen ja asunnolta pääsi kätevästi kulkemaan julkisilla joka paikkaan. Asunto oli tilava kuuden hengen porukallemme ja sängyt erittäin mukavat. Saimme hyviä vinkkejä meidät vastaanottaneelta henkilöltä ja hän oli erittäin ystävällinen ja joustava. Saimme viedä matkatavaramme asunnolle ennen virallista sisäänkirjausaikaa ja tämä helpotti matkustuspäivää suuresti. Lentokenttäkuljetus lisähintaan oli mielestämme hyvä ja helppo vaihtoehto. Asunnon takana olevalla kadulla oli mainioita ravintoloita sekä hyvä aamiaispaikka!
