Nice, comfortable, well equipped space in a great location

Pros: The location, the elevator, the space, decor, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, laundry, etc

Cons: The shower would not drain properly, would fill up in a matter of minutes and take a long time to drain. The washing machine, though appreciated, was also faulty - stopped at between the washing machine and rinse cycle, and would require turning off and on again, then switching it to rinse and spin manually

Pros: The accommodation was absolutely perfect – very well-equipped, it had everything we could possibly need. It was very cozy and had a unique charm, not your everyday apartment. I can’t complain about the cleanliness either. Everything was very close by – a supermarket, café, and breakfast place were just a few steps away, and the Pantheon was only a few minutes away. The host was very kind and reliable, we could count on them and they were very helpful. I can only recommend this place.

Pros: Super great location, great welcome and check-in. Place is really good and spacious, with nice air conditioner.

Pros: Everything was great. We had a wonderful 7 days stay in Rome. The apartment is warm and cosy. Pietro welcomed us, gave all the instructions and advice about the places to visit. He was also always in touch when we had any questions.

Cons: The wi fi was a bit slow, but that didn’t affect the overall experience.

Pros: Feven support was great! Location was excellent! Facilities around, including small convenient store, taxi area, eateries, etc, excellent!

Cons: Washing machine & drier worked well with Feven assistance. Washing machine stopped and had to be actiones manually to continue cycles. Great to have these facilities though!!!

Pros: The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and we found everything to be good. No issues. Excellent place to stay.

Cons: Too many keys to get in, 4 in total. None of the switches were working except the one in kitchen. Even the ironing room had board and iron and but no usable switch. We were asked to pay €35 late check in fee wh8ch we were asked to pay in cash when we were leaving the airport at night. It was so hard to get money changed then. When we reached we paid the staff €50 but they didn't have the change so next day we had to pay by an online link. This was tedious, late check in fee doesn't make sense and if we had to pay it should've been taken off online. Besides we had already done a full check in online so this was just to get the keys, which shouldn't have been our problem. All new residences now give you the code which you can easily access to get in and out. We shouldn't have to pay 35 euros for someone to hand in the key, seeing we didn't even stay that full day and only came at 10pm. This could be improved.

Great Family Time

Pros: It was clean, warm, excellent location to walk into the city centre, close to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Staff: kind and tells you a lot things about the city.

Nice Apartment in a Nice Neighborhood

Pros: If you read the other comments, nothing will be a surprise for you. It is a lovely building both inside and outside. The person who met us for the key was very nice and informative about the apartment, so we didn't have any problems.

Cons: The towel bar in the toilet is broken.

The apartment was exactly as advertised! Amazing location.

Pros: Amazing location! Close to major attractions. Great coffee shops nearby & supermarket across the road. Quiet and very spacious! Added bonus laundry facilities.

Cons: Shower curtain, if not closed properly water would go out.
